Customer service needs to upgrade also the contamination here is ridiculous they cut all the meats and cheeses on the same cutter I’ve been a head chef before and I know that’s a big no no to the health inspectors
Steak sub was dry ,Everything was in the middle of the bread , very sparingly prepared..Gilbert. AzNever again
I’ve been getting a #8 for years and I’m a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s. This is the first location I’ve had a poor experience. They only put 1 piece of bacon on the sandwich and when I asked for another they said I can pay for “extra” bacon. I’ll be going to another location in the future.
I’m considerate of how short staffed the service industry is… but that ain’t the problem at this shop. 5 people behind the counter but I still have to repeat my order 3 times when the lobby music is at 11/10 and the guy making it can’t be bothered to remove his airpod from his ear.

Always great food and service. Online ordering is a good option to skip the line, but there usually isn't a long wait. Rewards on the app are fairly good too. Best subs in town.
Ordered online, went to pick it up and it was probably the worst Philly sub I’ve ever had. Had no flavor whatsoever, paid for extra mushrooms and no mushrooms. I asked the lady if everything was in the bag she said yes and they forgot my chips I paid extra for. I will probably never eat here again but that’s just me
