Walked in and 3 people were just staring at me. No greeting. No acknowledgement. Nothing. After about 5 minutes someone comes out from the back and asks if I want to order something. Uhhhh yes? That’s why I’m standing here under the order sign. There weren’t any customers either. Just a weird experience. Prices are getting out of hand too.

Normally a really great spot. Their hours online are not accurate though. It says open until 10 but I pulled up at 8:45 and the employees had the place shut down, lights dimmed, open sign off.

Rude kids working there. Horrible customer service. Wonder why they don’t get paid more. Can’t wait until the service industry is automated. Will take my business to a different location from now on.

Online order for pickup to be ready at 8:10, 8:45 and it's still not done. No management and the entire staff was standing around all but the girl who was working like crazy. Fire this entire staff and keep just the girl.I won't come back to this location.

Along with great flavor and great service using fresh ingredients, they aren’t shy about piling on the meat and toppings. You’ll have a good meal on one of their subs. Other “sub” shops should try doing it that “way.” I’ve never been disappointed with a Jersey Mike’s.

Unfortunately that’s the problem with today’s workforce, they just can’t be bothered. We placed an order for two gluten-free, because of an allergy, and one regular bread. She rolled her eyes to let us know what a bother we are and continue to totally screw up the order. I’m not sure why she wrote it down. What we got wasn’t anywhere close to what we ordered. She could’ve repeated the order before she started but it was just too much of a bother to do the extra steps for the gluten-free for her to take the time to do her job properly. Just awful. Drive a little further to the one at Rivulon, they appreciate the business regardless of the orders complexity. Thankfully I checked my daughters bread before she ate it. Because it was not gluten-free.

This is the third time in a row I’ve to this location and they have messed up my order. I have asked them to start the peppers and onions before me meat for my #43 and when I’ve said something I have been given dirty looks when they look back at my order sheet it says to do so. They can’t seem to remember bacon on any of the sandwiches that comes with it. I wasn’t the only one they forgot to put bacon on their sandwiches while I was there.

Both subs made incorrectly no peppers but both had them on it. Philly cheese steak but asked for ketchup... Wet haven't had ketchup in awhile. Probably 1/2 slice a cheese, couldn't even find an onion but plentiful on the peppers. Half way into the sandwich the last comes out saying it I forgot to give you the ketchup.

I used to love the subs from this place. This is the 4th order in a row that has been messed up and the service keeps getting progressively worse!! I kept going back because I loved it for so long and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Each time it's something else. Wrong/missing ingredients (on more than one sub at a time), hard bread, no chips etc.etc...I am really disappointed and my husband and I will not be ordering from here again.

Daughter got food poisoning!! Not only that, I ordered 4 subs online. I arrived to establishment 10 min after the text said order was ready. When I arrived, the employee said they were out of roast beef. The manager or someone should have called me before telling me my order was "ready," and did not offer anything for the inconvenience but suggested he could add extra turkey even though I was paying more for roast beef. So then had to wait another 10 min in store for a pickup order. Also, I wish they would write on the brown bags the name of sandwiches. It's a pain to have to open each sandwich to see which one is which.
