I’d like to give it five stars! I’m torn because sometimes they don’t follow the special instructions. I don’t ask for odd things, but I occasionally ask for onions but not a huge bunch of them. Sometimes it’s not heeded. But, I’m talking like 1 in 10 orders that happens. So, I AM going to huge it five stars. After all, we all make mistakes or have a bad day, we are trying to be patient but maybe the last lady was rude or confrontational…we all know that happens; so 5 stars it is, I love their subs ! For reference I get a number 8, a cold club with turkey, ham, provolone, I add onions, tomatoes, NO lettuce, oil blend, seasoning, , NO red wine vinegar ( although I like it it tends to make sandwich soggy before I get home). Oh and it comes with bacon and I add extra bacon. YUM!
The staff here is absolutely fantastic. I've been in the shop when they are busy, slow, and missing a staff member or two and their attitudes and their work ethic is the same every time. They are all smiles, they work hard, and they make everything correctly even under stress. I'm blown away by the service and the management. Keep up the great work!
There are a lot of sub places these days. But, having went to high school in Jersey, near the shore, I had deli Italian subs just about every day. Until Jersey Mike's came around, I had to wait until I was back in Jersey to have that familiar flavor from back in the day. I usually get the giant #2 with mayo and Mike's way. I now have, easily, lunch and dinner.
The very best Philly steak in the business made fresh to order but anything you order here will be good and you definitely won't leave hungry that's one thing for sure !!
Great management and establishment. Quick service, the number 6, mikes way with no tomatoes is my go to favorite! Very clean !
This is a great location and all the employees were very attentive and quick. Shout out to JC. This is where I’m going from now on to get my sub fix.
As someone who used to work as a manager at Jersey Mike’s, I can tell you right now the operation-running needs some working on. During lunch rush, there is no reason why if you have less than 5 people that the sprinkler can’t also be the wrapper. When I have the wrapper-guy over here standing around twiddling his thumbs waiting for subs to come down the line, he could be checking out the customer in the meantime.Then even bigger of a matter, it is VITAL that the slicer alternates between online, then in-person orders. If you only focus on getting the online orders done, you’re disregarding the people who were waiting in line. I saw the slicer do 3 orders before taking care of the guy in front of me. I’m sure the orders were running late, but it’s important to give an equal amount of attention across the store. That’s where I think this store failed, if you guys don’t give all areas of the store an equal amount of attention then you are giving one group of customers more attention than the other…and you can expect more stressful lunch rushes as well as some upset customers. I hope I sounded civil in this review.
Is there a MINUS ONE STAR? I placed an order for 2 subs at Rivulon Jersey Mikes and then realized this location was not near me. I called to cancel and was encouraged when an employee said cancelling would be no problem since they didn’t have the tuna made anyway. AND I used my points to pay for one of the subs. Never got a credit to my card and certainly didn’t expect the points to be returned to my account. I called this Rivulon location to find out if I would be receiving a credit? Manager asked me to come into the store and we could hash it out. Not close to me, I’m not driving due to a broken leg, and have A HUGE SOUR taste in my mouth for Jersey Mikes. Lots of hoops and ZILCH results!
best sandwich i ever ate 10/10. some manager lady there with reddish hair helped me pick it she was so helpful. im so picky with sandwiches and she made the process so easy. i also hate lunch and it was just the perfect lunch. 100/10 if i could.
Great sandwiches. Good service. Never waited too long. Turkey is my fav.
