I have been twice recently. The first time, my smoothie didn't get blended long enough as there were still large chunks of grapes (razzmatazz) giving the consistency of vomit. I basically wasted my money as I couldn't enjoy it after the first grape chunk. The second time, I got one without grapes (aloha pineapple) and it was enjoyable. Hence the 3 stars.
This location is horrible! I'm so disappointed in how the employees lack customer service. I also am not sure why at this location can't make drinks from the Jamba Secret Menu. Like what is so difficult about making the secret menu items? Other locations around this area are capable of making special drinks so disappointed about this location. The drinks we did order were just okay and not made great at all. As of right now we will not be coming back here.

Wonderful! I haven't been back here in 15 years and boy have I been missing out. Little expensive 7.50 for a large smoothie but so so good
On December 20, 2021, my wife and I ordered to smoothies and a pretzel... the pretzel was stale, and the smoothies were melted. We threw out the pretzel, and didn't finish our smoothies.I love Jamba Juice, so this was an extreme disappointment to both my wife and I.
Drinks are always very good. Unlike most restaurants, especially with drive thru's the service is very good too.
Sometimes it can be friendly and other times not. A lot of times it's only the Drive-Thru is open and makes it very inconvenient. Says nothing on the door but when you get up there it's locked and then you have to wait in the long slow drive-thru line.
Smoothies are lame and I got the blue sky and it was bland and gross and went back through the drive through for a new one right after and asked them to throw away the old one which was barley drank and they still charged me for the second one. And the second one was gross too. Don’t come here unless you wanted to waste your money
Ordered ahead for a medium matcha with cloud whip with all standard options. This is “standard ice”!? I had all of two sips. Very disappointed.
