They messed up my order then when I called back the lady hung up on me and I didn't get an answer until after calling back 5 times all to hear there is nothing she can do unless I come back right now in 100 degree weather smh.
My brother and I come here all the time between 1-3am. We're night owls, and Jack in the Box is one of the few 24/7 places around.Almost every single time we're here, there's always one guy named John here. He is the nicest, kindest person EVER. He's always in a good mood. He's polite and also efficient. We always love coming here just to get served by John.You make this a 5 star experience John :)
John is the best! I ordered on the app and was surprised at how quickly the order was prepared! I saw him prepping my meal and he does his job amazingly! Seriously, he is the reason I love this place!
This afternoon, after going through the drive through, I forgot to get my credit card. My fault. The young woman working the drive through literally ran into the parking lot to give me my card back. Please thank her for me. That was amazing customer service!
(Tldr at the bottom)Foods always been great, atleast by Fast Food standards, but unfortunately for all the late-night goers (the people they're trying to market to), this locations times are so wildly inconsistent. The store itself will have a lit sign saying "OPEN 24/7". Lights will be on, you'll see someone walking around or sweeping, but nope. They're actually closed. It's a 50/50 on whether they'll be open past 12am. Not really "24/7".Ontop of their inconsistent times, there's always something preventing people from just ordering normally and you HAVE to jump through hoops like ordering online just to eat here. This has happened to me on serveral occasions where I'll show up, and they'll say something along the lines of "sorry our computer isn't working, we're only taking mobile orders" or "it's just me tonight and you have to order online so there's not a huge line". So instead of just driving to this location, ordering my food at the drive-thru, getting it then and there, I have to order it online and then just wait around or just order through DoorDash. Massive waste of time and money since I have to pay DD their absurd fees and tip my driver just to eat here. Abysmal.Tldr: Whenever I do get my food it's always been great, but the problem is not being able to order food most of the time I go here (past 12am). Abysmal business practices.
What a wonderful restaurant! I really do enjoy the atmosphere and ambiance. employees are very attentive make sure your drinks are filled consistently with great service.They pay attention to detail. I will definitely return here.
I do not recommend, 1 hour thru the drive thru late night, one guy working, took him 15 minutes to get the soda he was out of to work after a long wait in line, pitiful
This place is awful. Their bathroom is infested with mold and the employees are very negative. Run down place that needs help, upper management refuses to listen about the mold.
Stopped by to grab something quick to eat. Fast service and the food was good and fresh.
Ultimate cheese burger..2 bites in and got a mouth full of perfume or insecticide..horrible.
