Went through the drive thru and the cashier was friendly but upon eating my curly fries I noticed they wernt all cooked thru. Some were ok so I salvaged a bit. Couldn't go bk as I was on my way to work.
the drive through employee yelled at me because i had to go through the drive through TWICE because he gave me the wrong food. he insisted he was right, shoved his ungloved hands into my bag and shuffle around. i get you hate your job but dont take it out on me. i paid for my food and i just want my correct order.. i feel like thats not out of the question. tried to call a manager 3 times and no one answered. POORLY RUN AND DISGUSING EMPLOYEES.
The sourdough buns are great, but the burger patty is skimpy and a small slice of tomato. So skip the burger, but the breakfasts are excellent. Fries are so-so.

There's not much to say, Jack in the Box is pretty standard. With customer service it's always a hit or miss. Either you ask for a combo or you may or may not get what you ask; even with ketchup or buffalo sauce. It's like you are speaking in another language if you dare asking for anything else than a combo. Anyway, you get what you pay for.
I like their tacos and they honor a request for no cheese and no hot sauce
Well l tell ya, todays specials sucked, I ordered a double cheesy jk.combo, I believe that there was more cheese on the wrapper then the burger. I guess that for $6.46 you get what you get. Lack of bacon. The picture in the store and the commercial on t.v. isnt the same thing when you order it it. Do you really think that people behind the counter really care about there job and what they are doing? Makes you wonder. I normally complain to the .manager but today I will give them a break. Yes I ate it, I wont order it again. JITB has been one of my favorite places to eat but here lately, rated not so well. And i gave up pizza for this today!!!! I always approve my texts. Lol
It's a fast food place. Nothing great but better than most.
Lazy employee at drive through lying about store hours and refusing to take orders. Horrible location
So there closed at 4 am. Calling corporate, no signs posted. I just pulled up and whoever is working now told me they are closed. YOU ARE OPEN 24 HOURS
