Apparently explaining what comes in a combo is an annoying question for Marcos in the drive through. After I ask this simple question he huffs and takes an awkward silence before giving me a simple answer.After I pull up to the second window, I decide to ask Marcos if he likes his job because obviously he does not like to take customer orders and answer valid questions.After I ask 3 times, he replies by saying yes. So I ask him why he has an attitude when taking food orders. He replies and says he does not understand. I reply and recommend looking up what “having an attitude” is because obviously this is something that is not taught/valued at this location.After looking at the other reviews before making mine, I noticed a lot of other people have had the same experience. Unfortunately this is reassuring that I did not imagine this bad service. Hopefully Marcos finds a new job that does not involve exceptional customer service because obviously that is something that is not valued at this location and/or something he does not seek to provide .
Great service was 123 got two tacos and no complaints here !
I waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes to take my order and the employees were just sitting down on their phones not paying attention and my food wasn’t fresh enough
No complains. Our experience has been good in this location. No rudeness, always friendly and accommodating. Everytime we go as dine in or through drive thru has been good. We always check our orders before we leave and make sure they dont forget anything and they never miss so far. We like that they also accept two different coupons per order, some food chain are very picky and only allow one. As for food, I love their tiny tacos.

Night drive-thru crew member. You don't like your job or what? Poor customer service skills. It's like the fact that I ordered was a problem. Then I was looking for coins to give you exact change and you start mumbling about it like I'm doing something wrong. After giving you the exact change you gave me 6 cents back, like what? Who's training here? Then I ask for ketchup AND ranch and you only give me ranch. Step up your game or find another job G.
zero stars for this location is more like what I want to put. As an food delivery person myself, I have had many problems with picking up orders at this location before. I tried to order food from this location many times, including tonight. I was given many different drivers and never received my food. i tried calling store multiple times to check status of my food. with no solution, or help. I'm not happy with what I was told about the solution of the order. Basically, I didn't get my food and i have to wait for my money to be refunded back to me now. 3 days later maybe I will get it back. However, now I dont get food
The first time may have been an accident but the second time means its a regular thing for them. This location does not cook the tiny tacos properly. More than half of them are still cold in the middle, I also noticed a weird white coloring in the middle. That is most likely because the tiny tacos are not cooked all the way, making them cold
11/10/2021 @ 1:26 am the drive thru employee was very rude and short. Smart mouthed us. The line was long and the wait was forever.
