I love this Jack in the Box. My food comes out fast, and the front and kitchen are clean.
This place is great, always a fun time! Luke was very helpful, and did a great job of taking my order
So I feel so bad ordering so much food, but we've had a long day, were very hungry and had to deal with a lot of annoying and rude people. Well, thankfully we choose to come to Jack in the Box, one of my fav fast food places actually, because our cashier Kacen Richtsteiq (hope I spelled that right!) was so nice, calm and polite, and he totally went above and beyond! I had to order another Sprite after we already paid and he let us order another one with no hassle, was extremely polite bringing us our food outside and it left a very positive experience on me. I like being polite to food workers, employees, etc. and I seriously love when they're just very kind back. I have to either tell their boss or write a review ?
We placed an online order which should have been a a quick transaction since it was already paid for. Unfortunately, to get the food it took over 15 minutes in the drive thru. I wouldn’t recommend going her at night, I do not know about the day staff. They could have better customer service considering the wait. When we got to the window we were addressed as we were an inconvenience. Do better!
Ordered a double jack and got tiny single cheeseburger. The cashier even asked if the order on the screen looked correct and it was. What they gave me was completely different.
Two nights in a row the drive through is closed. Yesterday I came at 2:30 am so okay whatever I understand if they’re closed. Today It’s 10:30 pm and they’re closed. What? The one by my old apartment was open always. I just noticed today when walking up to check if the door was open They have a sign that says 24 hour drive through so I don’t understand why this is the only jack in the box that isn’t open 24hrs especially at 10:30 pm. If it isn’t 24 hours don’t have a sign advertising it’s 24 hours. I get off work late and there are few food places open, I used to love getting jack for dinner after work but constantly at this one they are only operating during daytime hours
Went to the drive-through at 9:35 PM tonight it says online they close at 10 they blocked off the drive-through with a trashcan which is ridiculous they’re posted hours are open till 10 online, employee gave me an attitude said they are closing now but it was well before they’re closing time would not recommend this Jack-in-the-Box plenty of better options around
If you're 24 hours don't close the drive thru at or before 10pm. Seems pointless to even be open at all at that point. I just wanted a burger before work. Had to go somewhere else instead. Also this isn't the 1st time this has happened at this location. Went there for breakfast after work several times to find a cone blocking the drive thru. Figure out your overnight staff.
Drive thru is supposed to be 24 hours but every time I go it’s closed after 9pm. So much for getting a late night munchies box. Won’t even bother trying this place again. I’ll go up the street to San Tan Mall area where there’s a lot more options that are open.
Don’t advertise 24hours and close before midnight on a sat night.Place is a joke don’t waste your time they probably aren’t open anyway.
