Asian Fusion Japanese Noodles

Came here for the first time and had a good experience. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen. The broth was ok, not incredibly flavorfuln it had the perfect amount of red chile oil for a kick. The egg in the ramen was hardboiled, so not my favorite but it was still good. The noodles were perfectly cooked, had a firm chew and held onto the broth well. I only got 1 piece of chashu pork in my bowl. Some parts of it were dry/chewy wild another part was deliciously fatty and fell apart. There were also no soup spoons so enjoying the broth with the noodles was difficult. It seems customers were throwing them away. Overall, it was just a good bowl of ramen.

Mediocre at best to be honest. The noodle tastes like store bought ramen from H-mart or Asian market. Not the instant ramen, but the fridge ramen with soft noodle.Chashu tastes plain and too fatty.Beef actually tastes textured and good.Dumplings taste like frozen from Asian grocery store as well. Nothing bad though. Considering the price and speed, you probably don't expect them to have hand-made gyoza (dumplings). If you have never tried Japanese ramen before and you want to start with exploration of Japanese food, you may find it tasty. But sorry we've had much better experience at other places.Update: it's good to hear from the owner. I understand that it's always good to support local business and get approval from customers, especially from us Chinese and Japanese people. And yes, the soup part is good. This comment is not served as a disapproval of the shop itself. And I encourage all people, American and non-American, to come to this shop and give it a try.

I like the ramen here very much. Chewy and fresh, better than most ramen I had elsewhere. The beef soup is tasty too, and l can tell they use fresh beef and vegetables. The price is also good, which costs about less than 15 bucks with everything included. I recommend the restaurant to any ramen lovers.

The worst katsu I have ever had. Who puts American bbq sauce all over the top of katsu? ?Edit: I know the difference between katsu sauce and bbq. This was a hickory bbq sauce - it was tangy with a SMOKEY flavor, like something you would find on ribs at an American BBQ place. Not katsu sauce (if it is your attempt at katsu sauce than I definitely won't be back either. )

The food here is very delicious! House Special Ramen is my favorite. I especially like the beef in the Ramen, it is so tender and tasty. The portion of Ramen is perfect and I even finished all the soup each time.

I ordered the orange chicken, just terrible, no sauce and bland few pieces of cabbage & brocolli. Rice was dry and again no sauce at all. The egg rolls were crispy but the inside was mushy. Waste of my money, maybe I should have eaten there so I cld have complained while there.

Grown up version of the packaged soup. When you walk in you get an awesome smell of noodle soup goodness. The staff was friendly and the soup was amazing. The ramen bowl was enough for two. The Teriyaki chicken was amazing. Definitely coming back. There was a line out the door.

Been coming here for the ramen for more than 2 years! Always tastes great and comes out hot. Perfect for when you’ve had a bad day.The Tonkatsu ramen is my favorite and one I would recommend if you havent been here before. The food they serve I would say is good also, the gyoza is especially yummy but I can’t say much more about other dishes as I haven’t tried it as much. That being said I would go here specifically for the great ramen they make.Thank you!

To be honest, this place seems like a good "hole in the wall" Asian food place. I thought it was cute and enjoyable.I got the Chicken Yakisoba with a Thai Tea Boba and the tempura shrimp, and my boyfriend got the Sweet and Sour chicken and a Milk Tea Boba with the Gyoza and Spring Rolls as well.. I can say from what WE got, it was pretty good. And I would go back again. The shrimp was fresh and tasty, as well as the spring rolls and the gyoza as well. I've never tried Yakisoba outside of Ramen packs from the store, so I would say it was actually pretty good! Staff was also friendly. I could see why some people may have bad experiences, but like all places they have good and bad days due to business or etc. All in all, I enjoyed coming here and I'm glad I was able to try something new.

Udon noodle soup and Beef Shoyu Ramen were fantastic! I'd give them 5 stars but we ordered to go and when we arrived they told us they were out of one of the udon noodles we ordered. I chose to replace it with the Shoyu ramen. The process could have been smoother and we ended up having to wait for that bowl to be made. I would have preferred they called and notified me so that when we arrived all our food would be ready to go. Aside from that, the food was delicious! I wasn't mad about my substitute ? the beef was super tender! And the leftovers reheated well the next day.The menu isn't extensive (semi-limited offerings) - but what they do offer they, they do really well! I'm not sure if the menu online is the full menu because it seems like they have poké as well.
