Came in at 7:50 to buy a couple of cones after dinner not realizing the shop closed at 8pm and were told by the not so friendly staff that they were closed and when we responded that it wasn’t yet 8 o clock that it didn’t matter because the open sign was off. We headed over to Frost Gelato where we had to wait in line for about 10 minutes because of the crowd but the service was great and they were open.

Poor costomer service
Having only one person run a busy store who is incapable of multi tasking isn't the proper way to run a business. Customers should also be greeted as they come in, not ignored for 20 minutes.

Order for door dash was forgotten by staff. Floors and tables all dirty but the place was empty. Time to clean up!
It was good, but not all flavors are available. My favorite, coffee chocolate chip is MIA.
Good ice cream and non dairy choices. More expensive than predicted.
