Nice atmosphere. Fairly tight tables. One member of our group was bumped several times by passersby. Mediterranean salad (large) was huge and very good. I did not care for the BBQ chicken pizza. Never having one before might color my review. My wife had a Margherita pizza which she loves. She thought her pizza was poor. The lemonade (no free refill), which was explained upon our order, was also lackluster. I read the great reviews and was disappointed. I am giving it a two star although my poor review of the BBQ chicken pizza kept the three star away.
Delivery option doesn't seem to work, despite me being literally 7 miles away. So just before 4 pm I ordered takeout (1 pizza, a salad, and 2 slices of cheesecake), and the earliest pickup option was over 2 hours away at 6:45 pm.So I get there at 6:45 and am told they're waiting on the two slices of cheesecake. At 7:05 pm, I finally see them coming out of the kitchen with my order. Grimaldi's is good but not "stand around for another 20 minutes" good.
Pizza was great. Service was lacking. We were sitting in plain view and pretty much ignored. Other parties came, ate and left before we got our pizza. When we had enough of waiting around (about an hour) with not a word said to us we were ready to leave. Just as we decided to go, the pizza was brought out. The waitress that we had spent most of here time hanging out at the bar talking to her coworkers or tending to the other couples around us.
Daughter in law was in town and she likes this restaurant very much. My previous visit was so so. This time was different. Greeters were very friendly and server was great. The pizza was outstanding and had a very good time. This is not a Pizza Hut or PPa John's however prices are a little higher
We were super excited to try this out... I have wanted to for a couple of years now, and just now got the chance. To be honest bubble bursted. We got two different large pizzas. The flavor was was bland. Two strongest flavors which were potent - onion and garlic as the only ingredients that stood out. Dough was burnt, and the meats were bland. Had chicken pizza with cream sauce, and pepperoni on the other.Nothing about the visit wowed me or would bring me back. $40 for two unexceptional pizzas doesn't do it for me.

Had 2 different types of pizza. One vegie type, one meaty type. Both were average at best. Certainly not as good as the reputation suggests. Even the North had better tasting pizza and that's not even their specialty.
I usually go to the Chandler location and love their customer service as well as food. Today, I visited the Gilbert location for a simple large pie with cheese. I live far and in a rush did not look at the product I picked up, assuming everything will be fine. Well, when I got home the pizza had barely any cheese and sauce. I understand these are tough times, but this is unacceptable. I won’t be visiting this location anytime in the future.
I moved to AZ 7 months ago and have been trying to find a good pizza. I tried their Don pizza. The flavor was outstanding, but the crust definitely needs some work. Please fix it. It shouldn't be like bread and chewy. It needs to be a little crispy but hard enough to handle all the toppings
