Worst customer service for Leaneah. Came in today for an hazelnut which was the walnut acaia bowel that they didn't have beacuse it was seasonal. which she was like you mean the walnut that seasonal. I didn't know until she made that comment. Ask what she had, she looked up and gave me the menu. She could have at least tried to tell me what the served.She had this smirk in her face all the time even when she help other customers. Like it was to much trouble to ask her any question.
While the acai bowls can not be beat, the costumer service is hit and miss. Lacking often in professionalism and politeness. I’ve had to ask them to remake it on several occasions because I watched a female employee lick the spoon and continue to use it in my açaí bowl or give me a small when I paid for a medium. The worst part is that these teenage employees close down 30-45 minutes before the posted closing time. They’ve turned us away and I watched them turned others away saying they’ve already cleaned their machines (30 minutes before they’re supposed to close). This is a constant issue for the past 4 months.
First timer here. I ordered a chocolate coconut shake.They seemed to be trying to nail down their systems. No one present to take my order. I believe the manager or owner took my order.I waited 28 min for my order. A guy from the kitchen brought me a bag and apologized for the wait. It wasn’t my order. No one was at the counter and I waited for him to come back out. I explained I order a shake and he apologized. He said they were training new people.I finally got my order. The shake was delicious !Tips: read over the menu carefully and be sure to specify if you want a bowl,shake or smoothie.
Clean and friendly, healthy and yummy! I love their pitaya piña colada bowl. Great comfy place to meet your bffs for a quick light lunch or dessert after date nigh and just sit & talk. Good vibes.

The food here is good but I went in tonight at 7:24 and they said they were closed. The chairs were stacked and they were counting the cash with no food out at all in back. I asked if they were closed even though online it said they didn't close until 7:30. They told me that they could not do everything they needed to before close so they had to close early. It was very inconvenient, and the workers were rude and apathetic. Don't come here if you want nice workers or food.
Good food....horrible customer service. Pro tip: this will make customers not come back.
Not bad, I'll need to try again. The beet drink was good but needed some lime juice or something to lighten it up a bit.
