Just tried Freddy's for the 1st time, got the double bacon Cheeseburger with fries. This was by far the best tasting burger and fries I have ever had, Freddy's definitely blows away all of their competitors. It was my first time but I can guarantee it won't be my last time, I'm looking forward to go back and try another one of their delicious item's from the menu.
This location is always so slow... On my first drive thru, I waited over 7 min. I received the wrong burger, and no side of pickles. After driving home I realized this and drove back because my husband wouldn't eat the burger they messed up. We got there and the customer service was awful, we told them that they messed up our order and they went radio silent. Finally someone came on and said ok do you want us to remake it? He said yes and asked them to remake my burger too because it was cold and soggy at this point, and i wasnt going to eat without him. After waiting another 6 and a half minutes, they gave us our food and we left. When we got home we opened the bag and our food was still messed up... My husband's burger only had 2 patties, and his onions weren't grilled as asked. My remake was poorly wrapped and had way too much onion all at the top in one spot and the "side of pickles" was tucked into the paper. We ate it anyways because we were starving, and as I finished my burger I bit into a jalepeno when i ordered the California triple.... and didn't add jalapeñosThis freddys always takes forever and forgets things. Overall I'm extremely unhappy with this location.
Im going to give this round of culinary experience 4 stars. I had a double cheese burger, chili cheese fries, and a pbc and b custard.The burger was a 5 all day. I loved the crispy edges of the smashed burger. The burger was seasoned well and surprisingly not dry at all. The pickled added the perfect acidity. I'd put this burger up against whataburger, Culver's, and in n out any day. Sometimes another place may win depending on my fickle tastebuds and the freshness of meal. That being said, Freddy's is on the same plane as those popular places.The chili cheese shoestring fries get a 3. Somehow these reminded me more of in n outs animal fries. Not much more to say.I give The custard a 4 as well. It was ice cream. Thick, rich, extra sweet ice cream.
Short wait time. The special order item were made right.Every thing was made fresh and well seasoned. Food was delicious
There steak burgers are the best out there and you definitely want to try there shakes after, every location has been consistent on quality and the customer service here is top notch. Thanks guys
I've enjoyed coming to this place. Food is good although a bit dry at times, but the staff seems nice and had a laugh from one of the drive through guys. Will be coming back soon?
Similar to Fuddruckers, sans the fresh veggie condiment bar. Had never eaten here before, but will again! Very good service, burgers, and shakes.
This is my first time trying out Freddy's Steakburgers and they were delicious!We ordered two of the number 2 combos which are Bacon Double Cheeseburger. Yummy. French fries were just the right amount of crispyness. And that awesome fry sauce... Amazing!Staff was friendly and greet you kindly. Quick service. And will definitely be back.Worth the drive from Tempe to Gilbert.
Normally a good place. Good food. Less hours due to staff shortage but says 4 pm open and 4:30 and still closed. When open great
