This chain is very similar to Culver's just a little more focused on just hamburgers and custard. The hamburgers here are super thin and very good compared to the multitude of other fast food chains out there. One of the things that I like the most from my childhood is these guys have the super thin shoestring french fries. Their quality is consistent across all of their locations with good people working there.
I've eaten at Freddy's before, love the fries. This time, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It was absolutely horrible, no taste whatsoever. The chicken breast had the appearance of being previously boiled then put on a grill to appear "grilled", then refrigerated? It was served cold with a very tiny slice of tomato that barley covered the center of the bun with a few strands of lettuce. The sandwich cost $7.29, add tax under $8.00, way to expensive for a cold, tasteless, piece of "sh", a waste of money and will never order it again. Don't get me wrong, I will still eat at Freddy's again and stay with the fries and custard
This place has gone down hill since it opened. The food is still the same but the customer service has declined. Waited 25 min the other day for ice cream. When we got our order it was incorrect. We only order 4 sundaes. No special orders just straight from the menu. The employees just don't seem to care like they used to. Sad I had to write this but this isn't the first time this has happened at this location.
Says on the door they are open until 11 pm. We showed up at 10:35 and walked in and we’re told the dining room was closed and we could only go through the drive. I don’t know if this is a policy set by the owners/management or just some employees that don’t want to work as they have always had the dining room open until 11 pm in the past.
Me and 3 other family members decided to try something different and since we were not familiar with the menu in the drive-thru, we didn't want to hold up the line so we went inside to order our food. Although it was one hour prior to closing we felt it was enough time. We parked and as we were walking up to the door, we saw a worker inside looking at us and he literally dropped his shoulders and threw his head back and said there's a whole family coming. So all the other workers came to look to see and then they all disappeared behind the wall after staring at us walking up as if they didn't want to help us. Finally a girl came from behind the wall with attitude and started to take our order with attitude. I told her that we were gonna go elsewhere since she had an attitude and that it was obvious that they didn't want to help us. With all the attitude she had, she said okay you guys have a good night which we know she didn't mean with good intentions. I would rate no stars if I could and we will never be back.
Absolutely a joke this place is. They serve me a large drink with this tiny straw like if I’m supposed to not have a nose. When I went to take a sip it spilled all over me. What a cheap design flaw that cost you hundreds of frustrated customers. What rubbish and when I asked if they had longer or thicker straws they said no, okay I’m not pressed about that or it spilling but saying sorry instead of offering for like napkins felt like they acknowledge that it’s a you problem.0/5 stars if I could.Now adding on that I’ve had some of the food. Everything was EXTREMELY COLD did not last even 5 minutes. Wow
We just ate at Freddy's for the first time. We went on a Sunday after church. It was full & it got packed a Lil later. We both ordered the steak burger, It tasted ok, tasted like a hamburger to me. I've never had a steak burger & the meat was as flat as a pancake, even flatter. I'm used to a steak burger that is as big as a burger but taste nothing like a burger. The fries were skinny Little French fries. I've never seen anything like that, they were smaller than shoe string fries. The onion rings were ok.. The restaurant was clean & the cashier was nice.
Hi I went with my mom and we ordered three simple burgers and it was horrible!!! Mine was a plain burger with strictly no cheese and it had cheese on the sides and top. The cheese on my brothers cheeseburger was nothing maybe a little if he was lucky and it was dry. My moms was dry as well and same thing maybe a little cheese. The fry’s tasted burnt as well. The lady that also got our order was very rude when my mom tried to talk it would go like this, “Hi I want this burger with-“ then the lady would be like “You want fry’s?” Like lady please let my mom speak honestly. The food could taste way better and it has, but the employees and the food right now aren’t.
It's a unique place, in the Pacific NW we don't have steak burger joints, so it's a new style for me. But the concretes and the cheese curds are amazing!
The man at the front register was soooo amazing. Such a positive and kind individual that went around afterwards and made sure that we had everything and spread joy. I have never felt so happy at a fast food establishment. My burger, fries, and scoop of custard were also amazing!!
