Service was less than good, however the food was hot and fresh. The mozzarella cheese tasted home made.
Got my club sandwich cold. Bread was unfortunately stale...Guess it's hard to tell when they toast typically..Food was good, but they take forever and typically aren't very busy when we come in. For what you charge, we are going to expect better or will not be returning..
Waited 30 minutes for a ToGo order that was placed more than an hour prior to arrival. Very poor! However, the order was correct and the subs were average.
Sadly the night crew takes forever. Absolutely no hustle in their work. Seems miserable to be working at all. Meal was late from the online estimate by 20 minutes.
I had ordered two sandwiches through the mobile app which took forever because it kept crashing. Finally paid and was told to pick it up at 6:15. My husband went in to pick it up. It took about 5 minutes for someone to get to the register to speak with him. He told them that we had a mobile order and they told him they were almost done with it. Ten minutes later they gave him the sandwiches. We get home to enjoy our sandwiches and I notice that one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. I had ordered a brisket sandwich on white bread and got an engineer on wheat. So I took it back with the receipt. I explained the situation to the young guy at the register. He just stood there with his mouth open staring at me. A girl ran up next to him and apologized and said she would make me the correct sandwich. She was very friendly and made the sandwich very fast. Once I finally got to enjoy my sandwich it was definitely the best sub I have gotten from Firehouse. It is just unfortunate that it was such a hassle to get it.

Best subs.....great service.Forget the others, once you have a Firehouse Sub....you will never have any other!This was my second visit in a month and I was just impressed as the first time I tried them.Great meat, selection of breads and condiments.You want quality, selection and a fresh sub, you need to go to Firehouse.
Slow workers, dirty inside, tables are dirty and when I walked in chairs weren’t pushed in. They should hire someone specifically to clean the lobby. Lemonade was out, napkins weren’t filled. I’ve asked for 3 add on’s the last night I came in and I didn’t get 1 add on. I didn’t expect to come in a build my own sub. They should’ve made me a new one instead of giving me the add on’s. I used to work for firehouse myself. All I’m going to suggest is READ YOUR TICKETS!! Take your time when it comes to reading the tickets. I’d rather wait for a long time and actually get my food made right not wait for a long time and have to make my own sub. I love eating here, and I enjoy the walk in!
Online order was ready fast and great subs as always.
