This location was awful for my family. We had order the UFC fight and decided to get Fire House Subs since we had a $50 gift card for them. Well turns out you can't use the website and pay with their own gift card. So whatever it's fine, we'll order in person. They took down our order 100% accurately according to the receipt. That's the only positive thing I can say.We were charged for two brownies that we never received. We handed them a $50 gift card as well as a debit card it appeared that they swiped the gift card first and then kept it and did not hand it back. I think to a normal person that means they ran the card and used the money on it. The sandwiches were not customized as we had ordered. And then we realized that they never actually used the gift card and the full balance of almost $90 was charged to the debit card. But they had swiped the gift card and kept it!?!?! How does that even happen? Absolutely hands down the worst Fire House Subs location I have been too in Arizona or Idaho.
Sandwich was delicious. Staff could have a little bit for personality. For being the only one in the restaurant it was a little slow.
Staggering amount of health code violations. Cross contamination and lack of glove-changing. I would suggest visiting the Mugsy Dogs or Barro's Pizza instead.
Horrible experience. my wife ordered her birthday sub online (a steamer with lettuce jalapeños and chopped pickle) I picked up the order and when I got home my wife took a bite and found it was missing lettuce and chopped pickle. So I drove back and asked them to remake the sub. they decided to remake the bread with the right toppings but took the meat( that my wife bit out of) placed in on the bread and then continued to make subs never changing gloves. but either way that was unacceptable unprofessional and a Health violation. also the store was dirty the employees were Not enthusiastic (no welcome to fire house) or calling out orders. just here's your subs. I used to work for fire house for many years and I'm very disappointed it this store.
The manager Kaycee Yarger, if thats his real name was the most disrespectful young man and should be fired immediately. He refused to give me his managers name, General Managers name or the owners name or a time someone would be in. I love to support our local businesses but I will never come to this firehouse subs and probably never support a fire house subs again if this is not taken care of immediately.
Each time I've eaten here I've ordered the same thing, and each time the quality gets worse. I get it, it's fast food, my expectations aren't going to be sky high, but receiving burnt food is where I decide not to eat here ever again. Food is inconsistent.
Simple order, missing all the drinks and chips, sent wrong cookies. Called and was told to take it up with grubhub. Guess I’ll order elsewhere until this one closes.
This place is headed in the wrong direction. It’s always dirty and the kids working need adult supervision. Please turn it around because the food is great!
Food quality and taste deserve a 4-5. But this location is so slow! Order was done online, an hour in advance of the scheduled pickup time for 1 sandwich, and it was 20 minutes late. How does that even happen?? Additionally, they were out of gluten-free bread, but that was not updated on the website, so we paid the extra for gluten-free bread, but needed to have lettuce wrap instead and we were not refunded the extra we paid back. I like these sandwiches, and this location is so conveniently located for us, but I think it is worth it to drive the 30 minutes round trip to San Tan from here to get more consistent service.
Always fast service excellent food! We call our order in and pick it up. It's always ready within 15 mins. Never have to wait. Food is fresh and hot :)
