Tim our waiter was awesome even thought it was very busy he was very attentive. He did a great job!

The first time we ate here it was very good. We chose Firebirds for my sons birthday dinner. Our reservation time of 7:30 was not met. We sat at 8. (We asked while we were waiting if we could sit at an empty table in the bar and order a drink. Hostess said yes but we had to go to the bar and order ourselves. We did and then a server came to take our drink orders. Confusion as server said Hostess was wrong, big discussion with manager, hostess and server which we could observe. ) We then ordered. Server was nice and we had no complaints about her. My husband got ribs and he said they were horrible, overcooked and no meat and he never complains. Then my grandson who ordered a $35 filet said his steak was dry. He ordered it medium and this piece of leather looked like it had been sitting around for hours. We notified our server and she agreed it was well done, they went and ordered a new one. After a while, they brought the new one and there was a putrid smell. We didnât know what smelled, if it was some other tables orders or the steak. Steak was cooked medium but it had such a horrible smell, it was disgusting, My grandson wouldnât eat it and they packed it up to go. We werenât sure what the smell was but when we got home, it was the steak, and we threw it outside in the garbage. We did notice they didnât charge us but didnât tell us. Made for a not so happy birthday celebration, server did. Ring some crime brí»lée for the birthday boy. Needless to say, we will not return to Firebirds.

Always one of our favorite restaurants to meet up with friends. The very best authentic Caesar salad and a great wine list. Even on a busy Saturday night, the service is exemplary.

Everything was great! Seated immediately, server was attentive and meal was excellent! Server added a special touch. She learned we were celebrating our Anniversary and although we decided not to order desert, she brought out two small cheesecake squares on a platter with âHappy Anniversaryâ written in chocolate. A nice touch!
80th birthday was fab at firebirds
My husband and I enjoyed a delicious prime rib dinner. Our server, Lindsey, was super accommodating and pleasant. This is one of favorite go-to restaurants; we can always depend upon great food and good service.
