I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about my experience! We have been talking about coming here for months after seeing this location on social media. And boy, am I glad we finally made the trip in! Elbows has a wide menu. There really truly is something for everyone. From Mac and cheese to grilled cheese sandwiches, even chicken, pizza, and salads, I don't think anyone would walk away hungry! We only saw one staff member during our visit today around 1130AM, but she was so kind! She thoroughly explained the process and the expansive menu and gave us time to look things over before we ordered. We both ordered Mac and cheese regular size entrees, and they were so filling! We both even had about half left to take home. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a new experience. Next time we visit we're definitely going to try the grilled cheese sandwich options! Thanks Elbows!
Awesome place, first time and they really care that you have a great experience. We read the ingredients wrong on an order and were surprised when they brought it out, when we asked about it they didn't make us feel bad or anything and even made a whole new one for us. Sweetest people ever. And best Mac n cheese out there!
I probably won’t go back. When we ordered we were told there would be a 45 minute wait because they were backed up. Stayed anyway because that seemed okay. There was only 2 other couples in the restaurant. One eating, one waiting. We figured online orders must be popping. We waited the 45 minutes. During that time they had about 4 orders they actually served. They didn’t look to be huge orders either. Doing some quick math there they were either short staffed or having some other problems behind the counter because if they are paying at least 3 employees they gotta do more business than that. Cashiers had ample free time. Restaurant and hallway was being used as storage it seemed. All kinda weird vibes. The big reason I can’t give them more stars, after waiting the time the cashier asked what our name was, our order had been done and was sitting on the counter. I have a strong feeling the chipstick would have tasted better fresher. It seemed like our order had been sitting there a fair bit with no one bothering to call the order out or ask for our name. Mac and cheese was pretty good but all around not a great first visit.
Never even heard of this place. Staff was friendly with good vibes. Tried the Solo chicken meal. Fantastic! Might be the new lunch spot.
Can a place devoted to Mac and cheese truly be all that? Absolutely! Great place and options if you're not fond of the great comfort food.
Katrina was on top of things! She took great care of us before we could even ask for anything. We got the chipstix, Fun Guy, So Shellfish and I Like You Elote and they were all amazing! Also got a Macsala and a I Can't Believe It's Not Cheese to go for some coworkers and they're so excited to try it. Portions are huge and definitely worth every dime. Excellent location as well. We will absolutely be back.

I have to say, this was a great place for some comfort food. They were busy when I came in and I waited about 15 minutes for my take out order. I had what I thought was an issue with my food, but there wasn't. I called the location and told them what happened and they jumped into action to take care of the issue. It was my fault that I thought my order was wrong, I was wrong. Called to apologize and let them know I was wrong, thanked them and told them they ROCK and you guys handled things amazingly! Go check them out, lots of creative combinations and really yummy stuff.
Disappointing to say the least. Under seasoned and bland.We tried the regular mac and cheese, the four cheese mac and cheese, shoestring and crinkle fries, grilled cheese and coleslaw.The mac and cheese is a hard pass. If it’s in your name, it better be the best thing on the menu and be life changing. It’s not. I would have preferred Kraft fake powdered processed cheese to this since it actually tastes like cheese. This is real cheese that tastes like cardboard probably because they over breadcrumb it and it literally sucks out all of the moisture. This is for both the regular and 4 cheese.The grilled cheese was soggy, not crispy and had zero butter on the bread.The coleslaw was cabbage with a hint of vinegar and no mayo. Said differently, it wasn’t coleslaw.It was cabbage in a cup.The crinkle fries were okay (hence the 1 star), but the shoestring fries were terrible. Both were unseasoned.If you’re looking for comfort food and tasty and cheesy mac n cheese, this isn’t it.
Good taste and very cheesy. Chicken was a little over done but still great
