Crazy line but worth it. Awesome staff. No soy but oat will do. Wish they would have someone run to Frys or something.
I love places that still take pride in providing wonderful customer service. Dutch Bros. have never disappointed
Kind of disappointing today with Dutch Bros. It’s Father’s Day and they handed out some generic sticker. In the past several years day of handed out Father’s Day specific stickers. Losing my faith in him.
I went to the Dutch Bros on Higley this past week and Lindsey helped me! She went above and beyond and was super patient when I had forgotten my debit card! Everyone there is always so courteous. That day she went above and beyond to help and I wanted to share that she should be commended for her kindness and service!
Had a great time. The line was very short. And the staff was super wonderful and happy. It really made my day going there.
Gret service, and fast, 15 cars in front of me and out in less than 20 minutes, great job!!! Also ordered 8 different kinds of drinks and they got them all correct, they even helped me order as I am a newbie to the coffee game..
First off they don’t even ask if I had an app to scan my points and it’s their responsibility to ask before you pay. So I get up to the window and they say “it’s usually your responsibility to ask if we can scan your points, plus you need to do that before you pay” well if I knew that I would’ve told them to scan it. On another note, they got my drink order wrong. ? dont go to this location, they all don’t know what they’re doing.
I was in the area and still had $5 left on a gift card. This is a place I almost never go if I pay for it myself, and the reason is the LINE. The fact that it always takes so long because of all the chatting and slowness, it's silly to have to wait in line 20 minutes or more for a drink. No one wants to be idling their car at these gas prices for that long these days either! This location was particularly slow when they did not need to be. Also my drink was a little less sweet than I would have liked, I always order half sweet because both sweet is way too much. And almost every time I order half sweet it's just right. But this particular location gave me more or less what I would consider a quarter sweet, compared to the other locations I've ordered from. It was my first time at this particular location.
Pretty much like all the other Dutch brothers locations. This one is a little more hidden location so I was in hopes that the line would be a little shorter than other locations but it was just as busy as the other locations.
Love this location. Always extremely helpful and busy. When you go you will see why! I tried something new. Loved it ….
