I get order anxiety, the person taking the order was very understanding and offered drink suggestions. Always greeted with a smile and speedy service!
The young people who work there , well there absolutely greatThere super friendly , there all great , some are extra special. They need to get a better ordering system or just use the speaker box … They have the line split into 2 lines but the girl outside working jumped to another car’s order before mine even though I was clearly sitting + waiting before them. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened so why even have people outside if they can’t conduct it fairly? Also lately every drink I’ve gotten just tastes like milky water I can barely even taste the coffee it’s so gross
I moved to Gilbert a few months ago and was so excited to see a dutch brothers in my neighborhood. As always they are crowded, provide great service and exceptional coffee. Yesterday's order changed that for me. For some reason I was handed a scalding hot drink. Thank goodness I had the consensus of mind not to sip it because I could barely hold the cup. My question is why would a barista make and hand a customer a drink that could seriously injure them? Seems incredibly reckless to me.
The dutch brothers on Higley & the 202.. Not so honest. I'll explain. I only had a short time to get my dutch before my Dr appt, and I HAVE to have my dutch! Well, the app said only mildly busy so we went all the way over there from higley and baseline. By the time we got over there, it was actually 20-25 cars deep at least! We left without my Dutch and I was NOT a happy camper??. If your going to put if your busy... Keep up with it please!!! That was definitely NOT lightly busy, or even close to mildly busy!
When it comes to coffee Dutch Bros has hit it out of the park. I have always been a Starbucks fan, but once trying this place out there is no comparison. Dutch Bros serves much more than coffee and has locations at numerous places across the Valley. I work at the hospital down the street so I wanted to swing by to grab coffee before my shift. There were cars in line but they weren’t completely lined all the way to the drive-thru sign. They’ve been way busier before. I pulled up to the first menu sign at 6:40pm. I know they get busy sometimes, but it wasn’t until 7:03pm when I got my coffee and pulling out of the parking lot. It shouldn’t take 23 minutes to get a coffee at a drive-thru…
Disappointed to have to edit my initial review and reduce the stars. Still a go to location because staff os very friendly. I gave it to this chance which is the 4th time it's happened. But I don't like sitting in the drive thru for 10 plus mins. I get during peak times and that's not the issue. The issue I have is when you have the drive thru employees talking to what appears to either be a coworker driving through or to a friend. They do it for long periods of time even when the car in front has pulled away the conversation continues. I have seen multiple employees walk out if the building and join the conversation as well. Very frustrating overall.
