Watched as employee used his bare hands to assemble my breakfast sandwich while other employees used gloves. If you don’t mind the cross contamination then you’ll love the stale doughnuts. 5/30/22

Just had a large black tea delivered. Requested for whole milk and sugar in it. It came black and sugarless. Instructions were on the online order. No way to go there and get the order corrected.
This Mesa location always fast and friendly service. My go to spot for a quick drive-thru breakfast and delicious coffee
So basically, if you want donuts, go anyplace other than here. The fritters, which "cost extra," were so oil-laden that they were inedible. The Munchkins were so old, "dry-rotted" is the only word that seems appropriate. This was at 7:30 on a Sunday morning. Such a disappointment.
The app hasn’t worked and I never get my points. I don’t think they scan until it works, but just go through the motions. I tried deleting the app. Signing up with a new account and losing old points etc, nothing works. It hasn’t given me my points in three month. I moved onto another close by coffee place where the app does work for deals and points.
Went for some coffee and breakfast, my sandwich was not toasted and the bacon looked uncooked. They also forgot half our order at the drive thru window and looked at me like I was stupid.
I come here just to be disappointed every time. I think they've only gotten my order right once. If it's not donuts or coffee their will find a way to mess it up.
