Ordered a pizza at 3:30 for pick up at 5:15. Got there to pick up at5:15. No pizza because ovens were not working. They could have called/text me before I left home for the 4mile ride in 113 heat to advise of oven problem. They offered no sincere apology. No effort to contact me. I have been a loyal customer to this store for many years. Offended....after my gift card is used up...I will search for a BETTER place to order pizza.
I have order this many of times and this is the worst one I have ever got.. I can’t have tomatoes sauce and I prefer your provolone cheese but my god its over cooked and hardly any provolone cheese.. So disgusted right now..
Wow late afternoon, very fast delivery and tried the specialty the hand tossed Chicken/Bacon/Ranch w parmesan crust...it was a big hit with family and good idea to ask for the sq cut. Much easier to eat...as most pizzas would be; the cut types offered are on their "ordering App" as many choices and use the coupons!
Not a problem waiting over an hour for a carryout pre-order, but when I order a Brooklyn Style Large, would be nice if the toppings WENT TO THE EDGE as they are supposed to. Would post the pic of this depressing pie, but it will not let me
Domino's is Awesome! If you haven't tried them as of late, you owe it to your taste buds to get Domino's. From custom orders to their Specialty pizzas, you need to try a variety. Delicious pizza is guaranteed! The app makes ordering a breeze. And you owe it to your wallet to use their coupons and save a bunch. I Highly recommend Domino's. Please enjoy & Bon Appetite!
Very kind staff! I don’t remember her name, but one of the workers (she had a bunch of cute pins on her hat) was training another worker and was very sweet to me and her trainee! Great experience ?
Love them. For one, their website actually works correctly, unlike their competitors. Another thing is that they actually know how to get to an apartment building. So frustrating when I give directions in the comments but the driver is clueless. I have yet to have that happen with this store, since they are on it. Food has always come back awesome, never a complaint about quality. Awesome job
We always go to the Dominos off Val Vista Dr and they have done an awesome job on making our cinnamon twist with extra cinnamon topping however tonight was different. The lady (Aubrey) who took my order tonight was weird about my request for additional cinnamon topping. She stated she could not guarantee that the cooks would add it since there is no option to specify on the cash register? I told her this was a regular request that they've always been able to fulfill and that we don't mind paying extra, she then stated that she couldn't tell all the cooks my request which I thought was weird considering there were 2 cooks!? Lol! Not sure how they've done it countless times before lol. I'm sure this is not a crazy one time request so please provide ongoing training for your employees aimed at providing better customer service. Thank you.
The last 3 times I have ordered from this Dominos, my order has been wrong. The first time, I called to complain, and they sent out the correct pizza. The second time, I only called to make them aware of the situation and the manager said I'm sorry, I just don't have it in me to sugercoat the situation. This time, I called, because I ordered a ham, pineapple and jalapeño pizza and there was no ham. I was told I would get a free pizza and dessert next time I ordered. Delivery was going to take too long and I probably didn't want to wait that long for a replacement. I threw the pizza away.This place is a joke.
Domino’s your food has gone downhill, the pizzas we ordered were completely bland.. No taste at all. And you should probably shrink the size of your side dish box, it makes it very obvious the portions have already done so.I am however grateful for Ashley who was working very hard, and apparently all alone to keep the place running..I hope others will try to remember that many places are very short staffed. We should all do better to appreciate those who choose to go to work and carry the load for those who done..Thank You Ashley!
