Josh K was very friendly and enthusiastic. Ordered through drive through and everything was quick and correct. He even complimented me when I asked if he wanted to scan my reward card before paying saying how much easier it is that way
My hubby went there twice tonight because a couple reasons. To begin with, he waits in the drive thru starts his order and they are out of a bunch of things. Second, as he was ordering and got to his sixth item, he was then told he can’t order anymore Items , if he needed to order more items he would need to go inside and order. Well screw that bc he had two of our kids and he was frustrated and just stopped ordering and moved on. They came home and they didn’t get the order right and wanted to make sure my hubby got an ice cream. He went back same rudeness and more items they ran out of. When he tried mentioning the forgotten items at the window they could care less and just gave him his order. Very disappointed. I usually don’t mind going to this location but seeing my hubby so upset and disappointed and how he was treated is unacceptable!
The employees here do not care at all. There are half a dozen bad reviews posted in the last few months that were exactly my experience. I ordered a strawberry kiwi misty freeze, I tasted it and it did not taste like strawberry kiwi. I asked the employee if it was strawberry kiwi, they told me yes. I looked at my drink and it was green, I asked strawberry kiwi is green and they lied to my face again and said yes. The employees were too busy talking to each other about what time they got off to get my order right. Won't be returning to this location ever again.
Came here with my family tonight around 7:45PM. The employee made the wrong blizzard and told me it’s what I ordered, I asked her to fix it and she argued with me about it. She then tried to charge me again. She also then accused me of taking the wrong blizzard she made originally when she actually had taken it to the back. Pretty terrible experience.
prices you guys charge to much now totally not worth it at least not for me. ive had better and not tht expensive
Will never go back…threw out my order on the way home. The girl working the drive through was coughing, sneezing & touching her face. She was wearing a mask but nose was exposed.This is absolutely disgusting & a blatant lack of the publics safety.
We love DQ. We don't go there very often, almost $30 for 4 of us to get ice cream in a cup. I wasn't paying, thank you.P. S. I think of how much I cream I could have bought at the grocer.
Asked for a large blizzard, double fudge cookie dough with carmel and mint added to it. They mess up 3 times and still dont get it right. First thry hand me some other person medium cotton candy order. Then they try to hand me another medium sized blizzard. Then they finally give me a blizzard but not the one i asked for. The person working on 4/4/22 at 6:50pm needs re-training because they obviously dont listen. Guess ill have to start taking my business to baskin robins at least they get orders right.

This place sucks. Treat myself once or twice a year to Dairy Queen. Ordered a chocolate MALT with EXTRA MALT. Got home with it, of course it was a shake with NO Malt. Children working there either don't know or care that there is a huge difference. Will never go back.
