I have been going to this location for months now and every week they just get worse. This week I got 4 cookies and they were over lapping in the box which sounds great but it’s not. The lemon one literally fell apart I couldn’t pick it up. The pop tart one barely had any icing on the cookie at all and it was way bigger than it was suppose to be. Every single time I walk into this location I am greeted by NO ONE! I’ve never seen people so rude when you do try and speak with them. I will not be returning.
It was my first time getting to a Crumbl Cookies place and while my interaction with the employees was very minimal I have to say that the cookie was really good! I got a s’mores one which is pretty big that you can share! I heard they have different flavors every week, it’s tempting to try them all . If you are on a diet than don’t as they are pretty sweet. Anyway, they make it a good treat for yourself or even a nice gift
We love Crumbl, but this location has lost our business. They are so skimpy with the toppings every single time we go, and sometimes they’re downright rude. If they want to skimp, they need to have the display cookie match what they’re actually going to give you.I’ve even had to ask if they put the toppings (glaze, whatever it is) on the butter cookie and the girl was so rude, saying “yes I did” very curtly. I again mentioned to her that the butter cookie looked like there was no topping and she said it had to dry to see it, that made zero sense... well, unfortunately, there was almost no glaze on those cookies and I purchased six of them for teachers.I’ve left feedback every time I purchase and get a text, and I’ve returned thinking they would improve but they just don’t. I’d rather drive to another location, or honestly go to Chunk, they don’t skimp.
Went into Crumbl after enjoying a meal at Carrabas. We ordered a box of 6 cookies, 5 milk chocolate chip and one chocolate walnut for me. They were fantastic. The snickerdoodle seemed really popular as they were out for the evening. The whole staff was welcoming and seemed to be having a great time spreading this cookie joy. I am already looking to see if there is one closer to me.
We love the ease of ordering cookies for family and friends on special occasions, as a thank you or just a random surprise! The app is clean and simple to use, delivery is always super fast and the cookies are delish!

The cinnamon roll cookie tasted good, but they were really skimpy with the cinnamon topping! Hardly had any which is a huge disappointment when paying $5+ for a cookie that has cinnamon in the name. Looked nothing like their promo photos.
