We’ve been to this type of creameries before where they use nitrogen to freeze the ice cream in front of you. Usually it comes off a bit gimmicky, but Creamistry does it right! The flavors are amazing, the tastes come through perfectly, the service was impeccable, and the dairy free options were awesome! They even had celiac friendly options which is a major win for my wife who usually gets left out at dessert time. We will be back!
The staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of options to choose from. My favorite part is watching them make the icecream!
Friday, May 20th was our first time here. My son had been looking forward to going here for weeks. When we entered, the place was not clean, we were not greeted, and when I greeted one of the employees, she simply raised her eyebrows and looked at me. She never asked for my order or anything. If it were just me, I would have walked out, but my son really wanted it. My son placed the order and the girl asked, "will that be all?" That was literally the only words she spoke. The boy that was there never looked our way once. He made the ice cream, handed it yo her, and walked to the back. She completed the order and put it on the counter. It was not a good experience. It has 2 stars because my son said "it's decent." He also said "Arby's mint chocolate shake is wayy better though." We will not be going back to Creamistry. Petersen's, another ice cream shop across the street is way better and the staff is friendly and professional.
I will start off by saying I love the Creamistry product, however, this location has gone downhill... The staff seemed bothered that were there! IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT!This location was awesome when it opened.Also, the place was dirty! The floors were gross and overall it just didn't feel clean. Creamistry Corporate, please investigate this, we really love Creamistry and we do not want its brand to be tarnished by the staff at this location. Clean it up!!!I would be happy to update my review once these issues have been resolved.
The ice cream was delicious. We love watching the process of making the ice cream. It's always entertaining. Unfortunately it's not something we get often. But it is a nice treat once in a while.
The consistency of the ice cream and the amount of toppings and each bite is phenomenal, The sizes are questionable. But despite the small sizes your sweet tooth can be cured with this tasty treat.Strawberry Bond, Sea salt caramel Cookie monster and Chocolate combustion Were the ones I tried today. Everyone enjoyed it's in downtown Gilbert
The service is pretty bad :-( I don’t mind though because I’m often waiting in this life :-)The guy in the sun devils hat took my order, he was nice :-) I appreciate the effort. The ice cream is good. The nitro is really cool!! I want you to feel loved. Please. :-) :-) :-)
Always an amazing experience! Such a neat way to eat ice cream and the kids love it! Thanks to Gabe for making our son's birthday day even better!!!
Overpriced and lacking any kind of real flavor. This was our first time in. My friend and I both ordered milkshakes and we were expecting something way bigger. There was no real flavor or sweetness at all to anything. The chocolate wasn't even sweet. They both honestly tasted like watery Nesquik. For 2 milkshakes, it was over $22! That's insane! I guess you're paying for the name and the experience. I wouldn't waste money on this again. We were both very disappointed
The service was slow and no employee apologized for the slow service or attempted to explain. Every single open table was dirty and I had to ask an employee for a rag to wipe one down so I could sit and eat my more than $10 ice cream that was smaller than a large blizzard at DQ. I won't return. The ice cream didn't even extend over the top of the cup like the pictures show on the menu.
