- teenagers need training.- Friday night and manager in back.- Presentation was terrible and I even informed the teenage employees. Lack of training did not help.- Good flavor, but if I had not specifically directed them to cut my steak pieces smaller for my taco and actually put it on the grill, I would of given a 1 star.- I understand there's an employment shortage, but kids need training.- Tea juices are pretty good! ?Only if I'm in the area will I come back.
I’m 5.5 months pregnant and after standing for 10 minutes in an entirely empty restaurant we left. All three employees continued to make only online orders but not even take one of ours which could have been done in 3 min. Instead they just called out to each other that there would be a wait for chicken. So the online orders took priority to customers standing in front of you and now we have to wait longer because you’re out of ingredients? Absurd and worst service I’ve had at any core life or other restaurant for that matter . It should have been this location to go out of business instead of Tempe with service like this.
Just ordered food from here for the first time and it is sooooooo good. I feel amazing after eating it. Clean good solid food. And the kids meal is amazing too. Lots of choices for my kids to pick and try several things. Also great price for the food. ??????
Visited this location this evening. Unfortunately, the chicken I’m my BBQ Ranch chicken bowl was super dry. I ordered a large but should have got the regular as my “large” was the same serving size as the regular but put in a bigger bowl. My husband got a steak taco bowl and had the same issues. I never leave reviews but unfortunately, I paid $30 for it to be discarded.
Awesome healthy options! Wish we had one closer
So friendly and all gluten free (except flour tortillas) and the cayenne pepper lemonade!!!
I know it was a lovely evening, and I know it was Super Bowl Sunday, but my wife and I ate our supper at CoreLIfe Gilbert and for the most part, we were the only patrons. We stopped by earlier in the day to check it out before we visited the Desert Botanic Garden and the Chihuly Exhibit (which was fantastic too!). My wife ordered a vegan meal (Sriracha Ginger and Tofu Quinoa), and I ordered the Korean BBQ Pork bowl - both were great! We enjoyed them so much we plan to eat there again Monday and Tuesday before we leave Phoenix. And the staff - young people, all of them - we kind, helpful in explaining the menu, etc for our first visit. They did a great job and I can't recommend it - and them - highly enough.
Visited this location today and asked for vegetarian taco bowel. Their option for meat substitute were either falafel or tofu, I asked for falafel they only had 3 small pieces available, they added some tofu to the bowel instead. Unfortunately the falafel was super dry and the tofu was super small pieces. In compare to chicken bowel that my friend got, there was a lot of chicken in the bowel and I didn't get same amount of protein on mine. I wish they had more fresh and available options for vegetarians.
Sooo yummy and the calories are great if you need to watch them. The gentleman here was extremely friendly and helpful (and patient) for my first time in - walked me through everything and then gave me plenty of time to take it all in. He also gave great suggestions and recommendations. Will be coming back!
This place is kind of hidden in the corner. We went on the recommendation of a friend. They have quite a variety of healthy foods and drinks. We enjoyed it but it didn't earn 5 stars for the following reasons. 1. The Korean pork was a bit tough instead of tender like it should be. And 2. The edamame and broccoli looked pale and gave the impression they were either over prepped, overcooked or possibly canned. On the positive side, they have a great variety of artisan teas and drinks. They also show dressing ingredients which other places don't. It was our first time there and we will go back again. It was quite similar in format to Mad Greens which we also like alot where veggies seem more fresh but lacks some of the creativity and drink variety of Core Life.
