We showed up 15 minutes before they closed and they acted like we showed up 1 minute before they closed. The girl rolled her eyes at us when we ordered ice cream that takes 20 seconds to scoop and mix. Gf ordered vanilla ice cream with oreo and Twix. There was literally Twix in front of us and she said we ran out because she didn’t want to open a new one. Gf asks for Reese’s and Oreo in vanilla ice cream and she proceeds to scoop oreo ice cream instead of vanilla, and only puts Reese’s in it. Gf says no, vanilla ice cream with oreo and Reese’s. She rolls her eyes and just walks to the back to get Oreos. Walks out 3 minutes later. She mixes my ice cream with Reese’s and mixes it only 3 times and chucks it into a bowl. From the pic, you can tell it wasn’t mixed. She was so ridiculous. Go to another cold stone. Look at the amount of 1 star reviews at this location. Don’t waste your energy.
Awesome customer service.Love the ice cream and topping. Candy Carmel apple was delicious.The only downside is that its vary vary expensive.
The ice cream was good, but the service was terrible. The worker was rude and messed up my order in multiple ways. I'll be returning to other Cold Stones but not this location.
The chocolate is good, but I was just disappointed in the young lady that assisted me not knowing anything about her product, pricing, or what she’s doing. She also was touching the chocolates I was choosing with her bare hands. The young man eventually took over for weighing, packaging, and ringing up my chocolate, but for the $20 I just spent on chocolate the experience may never have me back in.
Worst Cold Stone location yet. Ice cream bowls barely had ice cream for over $7 each. Our order was taken 7 times because the kids couldn't remember what we wanted. They didn't know how to use the shake machine. Horrible night out on a beautiful weather night. We usually love Cold Stone.. not this location.
We went in for the Boo Batter dor Halloween! It is cake battery flavor. The ice cream was not as black as advertised. It was more of a grey. I guess I have not been to Cold Stone in. While, but the price is double what it was pre pandemic.
I walked in thinking I was going to get some delicious ice cream! But no, I walk in the wait is super long! The price are ridiculous for the not so great service they offer, like seriously? ??? Even the employees don’t know how to make the ice cream, they asked me what to add in a certain ice cream like as if I work there ?, the employees were rude and stared me down. Also, not a very so clean place especially with this pandemic going on at least clean a little! I recommend going to Menchies or Baskin Robbins !
We’ve always enjoyed Cold Stone, but this time we were so disappointed I felt compelled to leave a review. Ice cream here has always been on the pricey side, but since the product was good we didn’t mind paying. This time was definitely not worth what we paid. $23 for three of us- 2 “like it” and one love it in a waffle cone- no extra mix ins for any of them. The ice cream was soupy in both cups- and the cookie dough was dry and nearly broke my tooth off with some kind of coating over it?? The ice cream barely filled the small cups and my sons waffle bowl was stale. Only silver lining was that the staff was friendly and trying- a few too many behind the counter with barely any customers- but give them credit for staffing for a potential crowd. Sadly, this was our last trip to Cold Stone- just can’t justify the price for mediocre treats.
Called ahead by at least 30 minutes to pick my ice cream cake and have writing placed on it to be ready when I arrived. It wasn't and I had to wait 20 minutes in the store as they had forgotten my message, and failed to ask me the color I wanted on the phone. Avoiding this is the exact reason I called in advance. ??
It's always good. I like that they have more than just ice cream to choose from.
