Omg. While I expected this place to be very low profile and low service I was immediately impressed by the bartenders quick reaction and speed to refill drinks as well as the server communication that was absolutely amazing between my table and the bar. As someone that owns a competing establishment I was quite impressed. One server in particular stood out in my mind that I would like to hire away and her name was Brittany. Absolutely amazing training and very quick Johnny on the spot service
Took over 20 minutes for the food to even come out, despite it not being busy at all. Only for the wings to come out dry and cold. The potato skins were at least warm if not burnt to a husk.
Unfortunate bad service tonight, even though they were not busy at all. The kids split a cheese pizza, that was bland and tasteless. The wife and I both had boneless wings that were not bad. We added on the onion rings ($3.00) and side salad ($2.00) of the daily special on the menu. When the bill came we were charged full price for the onion rings ($8.99) and side salad ($5.99). We brought this to the waitresses attention and she went and talked to the bartender/manager. She returned and said that was the right prices. The onion rings and side salad price was an add on/substition to the burger and fries. We asked to speak to the manager and she stated the same thing. We pointed out that it was not our fault the menu does not state that and the waitress did not elaborate to us the prices. The manager offered us a 10% discount which is less than the added prices they charged.?? The manager walked away from the table, not mentioning what she intended to do. After 10 minutes the waitress returned with the correctly adjusted check.
Unfortunately it seems as though a favorite haunt has gone downhill. There wasn't a single thing we were served that wasn't over cooked to the point of being rock hard. The wing flavors are still good the quality of the cooking however is why we won't be returning.
First visit I tried to order 10 boneless wings and split the sauce, I was told I can't do that with a small order of boneless wings but I could with the bone in. So I ordered two small boneless wings with two different sauces, they come as an 8 piece chicken meatballs, boneless wings substitute. Tonight I ordered a turkey, apple, basil, brie cheese burger, and get a turkey, apple and swiss burger.Instead of the staff telling me I'm sorry we don't have two of the ingredients for what you're trying to order, they tried to cover it up and give me completely different toppings on the Burger than what I ordered,without the ingredients of what I ordered on it.Don't waste your time and money,Go to ZIPPS down the street
Like going to this place to watch UFC FIGHTS they always have them on with no additional charge. Upside to that is the food and service is great.
First timer. Great experience and good food. Excellent service! Salad portion with my wrap was HUGE! Not a small side salad like at other places. My server, Savannah, was awesome and very helpful and made sure order was perfect. Definite recommend.
I keep hoping that it will get better but it never does.. sad because this location has the best cooks. The only waitresses that are good are the bartenders.

Neighborhood bar, great TV viewing, good happy hour prices, great wings, we had hot. Fish and chips good. Cool vibe.
