Friendly staff, reasonable prices and a great patio atmosphere makes for an awesome way to start your morning. Get there early and you'll be able to enjoy the shade umbrellas.I had an iced coffee, but they do have some pastry items to choose from.
This is my favorite coffee house. The coffee is bold, rich, and not bitter like others. I love the patio! It has plenty of shade and misters. An absolute must for comfort during summer. It's a nice place you can meet up and catch up with a friend.
I visited the N. Gilbert Rd. location a week ago and encountered a situation that absolutely gobsmacked me. Previously, I had been incredibly impressed with the customer-centric attitude of the staff and their friendliness. This was a terrific coffee house to frequent and my loyalty card proved my engagement with the enterprise.I ordered a nut Baklava roll. The price on the tray was $1.90. When it was rung up, the young lady indicated it was $2.45. I asked if it was normal for customers to pay $0.55+ in tax. She indicated that the prices had gone up because of inflation. Of course, I could understand that inflation will increase the prices; but I indicated to her that they could not sell it for an additional price if the sign showed the original price.She explained that they had not had time to change the prices and asked if I wanted it. I said if she would sell it to me for the original price, I would purchase it. Otherwise, it was false advertising (bait and switch). She replied that I had to pay the new price. I refused and left.If an enterprise does not have time to switch the price tag, they have to sell you the item for the posted price. This is so sad that I will no longer frequent an otherwise fantastic coffee house because of an undocumented $0.30+ price increase. As a pensioner, I have to be careful with my expenses. YES, INFLATION IS AFFECTING ALL OF US. I just celebrated my 71st birthday. Why do these Millenials not realize that you just can't charge someone a different price than what was posted? It is illegal. If the posted price reflected the current price, I would have purchased the Baklava. But, on principle, I will not just roll over because some young individual thinks she can bully me to pay whatever price comes to mind.Sorry to leave as one of your committed customers.
My favorite coffee shop! Love all of their locations but this is my fave. Have liked everything I’ve ever ordered but my favorite drink is a 32 oz iced chai with almond milk! Never a let down and if I’m needing some extra caffeine, make it a dirty chai! Yum!
Always a nice place for a meeting or to get some work/school done. Nice environment, great drink options, friendly service, indoor and outdoor seating.Also locally owned and operated. Highly recommend
Great coffee! Drinks here are always top tier. Definitely one of my favorite places to study! The inside and patio are large, never have a problem finding a seat!
Hadn't been to coffee rush for a couple of years, I no longer live close to one. Had some extra time and found myself in the area so decided to stop in for a cappuccino. The barista was very friendly, however the espresso tasted burnt. So either the machines haven't been serviced in awhile or the process was off. Either way if you order a bunch of syrup and stuff you probably wouldn't notice. Unfortunately I just had espresso and milk so I was disappointed.
Started coming here maybe a 6 months ago. Great place for studying and good coffee. When I come I bring my son, and he gets the strawberry chiller. It is now one of his favorite drinks, and it has no caffeine. I love a Carmel Macchiato, and I like them a little stronger when I order so I order mine loaded. Loaded is 2 extra espresso shots for the price of one. Love that their menu has the option on their to make a Carmel Macchiato a frost ( frozen/like a frap). I order both way just depends on my mood. Prices are good, definitely beats Starbucks. Customer service is great, and the staff is very friendly.
