I got there a little before 9 PM they closed at 10 PM. I sat at the bar and I waited a while even to get a menu. I was going to order a cocktail but it took them so long to take my order that I just decided to eat a salad. I ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad and it wasn’t what I remembered it to be. It was mainly iceberg lettuce with a few spinach leaves maybe five. Used to get the salad and it used to have darker lettuce but they must’ve changed it. The atmosphere was hectic because they were cleaning and I felt ignored . I won’t ever come here again. Maybe it was just this location.
Great service! Our food was perfect, we really enjoyed our experience. I also love when the waiter is so good that you do not even noticed when your drinks were refilled.
This is solely a review for the waitress, Abby. Just wanted to give her a shout out. :) We have eaten here several times over the past few years, and quality you expect. This time was different.I went to pay, put my card in the machine, and looked down at my phone to calculate tips (I do not use the calculation on the machine). Looked up and my card was processing!! I told Abby I do not carry cash, so I am not able to tip. She said that is fine, with a smile on her face. I managed to find loose change in my car. Luckily I had $5 in change and then some. Came back in and she said I didn't have to do that, still with the same friendly smile, and offered again to refill my lemonade to go (she already offered once when we were finished with our meal). Abby is amazing!!!! ??
Not a lot to say about Chili's that people don't already know, as it's a national restaurant chain that you've probably already been to. This one was quite standard, with a familiar look and expected tastes. I like Chili's, so although we were visiting a new city, sometimes it's comforting to go to a place that's affordable with decent food. Our waitress was nice and my steak was quite flavorful. I'd totally eat here again but it wouldn't have to be at this particular location to get the same experience.
We had a great experience on Friday evening. The service was fast and the food delicious. Unfortunately the machine to make frozen margaritas was broken and some of the appetizers like onion blossom are not in the menu anymore. But we are definitely going back soon.
The female at the front was not very pleasant who was talking names. However a gentleman came over and found a seat quickly. It was a torn seat, just like the ones I had seen in Texas, just not as bad, thankfully. I would think that this could be fixed during closed hours quickly with a temporary stapled cover. Appearance is a big part of your experience. The waitress however, was very pleasant. She brought me what I asked for. I did go without a water refill for about 15 minutes, I lived though. It was a busy evening. The staff didn't seem to be incredibly thrilled to be there - I'd imagine it can be stressful, I've had this job many moons ago, fake it to you make it, as there are many who love to people watch. Myself included. You could also tell who the floor manager was, he seemed to observe now and again -walking the floor to ensure things were going well. Kudos!Just a suggestion, for the waiting area with the bench seats in the front closed area, perhaps get some blinds hung so that it isn't so terribly hot in that space, as there was an elderly woman waiting and there seemed to be no air circulating in that space.
One of the managers here is not very competent. I placed a to-go order and it took over an hour for very basic fajitas and kids Mac and Cheese. Would have been nice to just have a refund vs waiting an hour, yet that apparently was not an option. Upon arriving home with the food the fajitas were cold and the side items were missing.
Waitress was awesome! However the food was not great. 1 no lemonade, blender broken for another requested drink. My husband's meal chicken strips dried out or maybe old. Garlic bread cold and hard as a rock. Food seemed to be not fresh including ribs. Ribs we're ok but a little on dry side. Very disappointing!
First time at this location, Service Was Wonderful The lady Was Very Nice And polite, Our Drinks Didn’t Get Half way Before She was giving us a refill , that’s how it should be. I got the honey chipotle chicken crispers , the chicken was a bit tough to bite into very tough , the sauce was nice and sweet with a kick at the end of it. everything else was wonderful thanks we will be back on another late night.
Decent food, and decent service. Can't complain about anything. Would go back again. Recommend it if you want some good food, and a nice place to eat.
