I literally never leave bad reviews, but Holy hell this place is gross. I'm genuinely scared to eat the food I just ordered. 12 people behind the counter but no one to greet or help. The girl that took our older looks completely miserable. She didn't smile once. It's so depressing. I haven't had chick fil a in nearly a decade, I 100% am certain I'll never return.

I was unhappy with being forced to pay for something I didn’t want due to new employees not being trained properly or not understanding. Then for some reason the prices are cheaper if you order online and pick it up yourself. I over paid by 5 cents and the girl at the window didn’t even notice or give me my 5 cents, not a big deal except for the principle of if you over pay they should give you the extra back. It was not a good experience and in talking to the manager she offered for me to come in and get my 5 cents...I live in queen Creek! If she really cared about customer she would’ve given me a free drink or side and put it right on my chick fil a account! I understand mistakes happen but there shouldn’t be differences in prices depending where you order!Not a happy customer

One of the rudest chick fil a’s I’ve ever been to. They are practically throwing food at you in the drive-through window to get you to go. I would like to think chick fil a prides on their customer service but this one is lacking big time. If I wanted this kind of customer service I’ll go to McDonald’s.

It’s very unfortunate how common decency is so hard to find these days. I come to Chick-fil-A not just for the food but the service was always amazing. Lately when I come to this location I’m not greeted at the window and the workers just seem like they hate their lives, no smile, no happiness. It’s just sad. Train your employees better.. we’re in a tough time let’s spread positive vibes not these nasty negative ones I’ve been getting lately here.

Pricey for fast food but quality is good and very consistent. Can we have large sized frosted lemonade option please? One size does not fit all and if it is one size make it adult sized please.

Have been living near this location for 10 years. Has been great for a long time. However in the last few months I have had to check my bag before I leave. Ive ordered adult meal and get a Childrens meal etc 2 nights ago my daughter ordered a side of mac and cheese and it wasn’t in the bag. I called the restaurant and they called up my order and said there would be a free side on my app. Have not seen it. It’s just getting annoying.

Not up to normal chick fil a standards. I live nearby but I'm about to give up on this location and drive further for better food and service. Not up to usual standards of friendliness, customer service, or efficiency.

GROSS I don't know what people see in this restaurant??? Fries are soggy. Club Sandwich is nothing to talk about2 club Sandwich with fries and a drink...$27.00. NO THANK YOU. I can eat good food for the same price or close to the same price. Are people in that much of a hurry that they are willing to settle for garbage food?????

I genuinely hate leaving a review for a female-owned operation, but I hope the owner sees how poorly her store is being run and takes initiative to fix it. I’ve tried over and over again to give this store a shot and they ALWAYS fall short. I’ve sat in line for food for over 20 minutes only to get to the window to be told to pull around and sit in the parking lot and wait for another 10 minutes because it’s still not ready (literally ordered a salad and two chicken sandwiches), you can’t park anywhere near this place at peak hours, and typically the drive through line is a disaster too. Today I decided to grab a quick breakfast, ordered and pulled up to the window. I don’t bring my wallet as I live right up the street and my drivers license is on my phone. Handed the girl at the window a $50 bill and she told me they don’t take anything over $20?? I told her I didn’t have my wallet and she handed the bill to the girl next to her with her mask under her nose (no one else was wearing a mask so it being under her nose is quite literally useless) the girl with the mask snatched it out of the hands of the girl at the window handed it to me and rudely said they don’t take anything over $20. I pulled off but maybe have something posted for people to see? I’ve been to chickfilas all over the south and this store quite literally has the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. They’re constantly getting the ordered incorrect and wait times are insane for a fast food place. I’d be fine with a wait of the employees weren’t so blatantly rude. Let it be known too that it doesn’t go unnoticed when no one from the franchise spends the time to respond to poor reviews, or thanks people for the good reviews.

I'd like to start off with giving Megan recognition. I have been coming to chick-fil-a's for a while now, and have never had service like I did here with her. She had came to our table and git us refills on our drinks and even grabbed our trash.
