Delicious and good portions. We are from Kansas City and are blessed with a crazy amount of BBQ places. That being said, Caldwell Co BBQ is right up with the best, very good flavor and very juicy, not dry at all. My wife and i shared the El General Patton sandwich with a side of slaw and corn casserole. Very filling and so good we stopped again on our way out.
1st time visit here. This has the best BBQ I've had since my visit to Arizona. Although they ran out of some food. They still had pork ribs, turkey and sausage. I had the ribs. Dry rub and sauce on the side. Wonderful.

It was our first time there. Before we enter it smelled awesome in the outside. The food was really good. It’s not a huge menu which sometimes are the best! Definitely would go back!
Yum! Caldwells BBQ is always a must when in town! The amount of food pictured below was enough to feed 7 adults as it is family style - just divide it as needed in the banana boats that are provided! Their house sauces are so good. We love the atmosphere of eating there (indoor & outdoor seating available) but have also taken it home when in a time crunch! I always recommend this place to friends coming to visit!
First time here. I'm pretty picky on my BBQ and this one is top notch. The brisket was fantastic and they allowed us to try it before deciding. The pulled pork was good as well. The sauce was very good. The service was pretty amazing. For sure one of my top BBQ places in southern Arizona.
