Friendly service! The lunch special of “choose 2” is a great option. I opted for salad and sandwich. I ordered the strawberry salad and crab avocado melt. The salad had fresh greens and fruit. The dressing was way too sweet and poured way too much. In the end I didn’t eat all my salad bc it was swimming in dressing— the bottom of the bowl is where it was all collecting. The sandwich was served on toasted bread, which was good! The crab/avocado was good but somewhat bland overall. It mostly tasted like avocado and cheese. The mayo/mix was too much and made the filling seem very oily. Of the two parts served I only ate one because it was just too heavy/oily tasting. The tea options were great! I enjoyed the citrus honey tea a lot! I was very happy that it was NOT super loaded with sugar! Overall a good experience I would try something else on the menu if I were to return.
Very surprised at how good and fresh their food is. Great tasting fresh salads and soups. The chocolate strawberries were a nice ending. Can't wait to go back. Have to try one of their delicious sandwiches with soup. A Great find. We always thought about going but never have until today. Outside of the building doesn't justify what's inside. Treat yourself..... We found a new place to enjoy great food......
If you love soup, you'll love zupas. They have fabulous soups, sandwiches, and salads. But the soup is really where they shine! They also package every item with a freshly hand dipped chocolate covered strawberry.
Twice I have come here and twice I've left the line after waiting 30+ minutes without getting close to ordering. Short staffing is clearly an issue. Young staff doing more chatting than making food. Filthy counters, no time to clean either. So disappointing. This used to be my favorite place
First Time Here Today Was A Wonderful Experience, Got Nuts About Berries & The Chicken Enchilada Soup. The Salad Was So Fresh & Tasted So Good , The Salad Dressing Y’all Used Was Amazing Very Sweet and tasty! Now The Chicken Enchilada Soup Was So Delicious Very Flavorful From Start To Finish. Customer Service Was Great also I Will Definitely Be Coming Back To Visit Soon!
We have always enjoyed coming to Cafe Zupas. Never this location but others in 2 other states. We came hoping for the best as we've seen before but the line took forever to get through. There weren't too many people ahead of us so I thought it would be quick. I was wrong. I worked at Subway years ago alone with busses coming in and could get through the line much quicker than we went through and they had at least 6 people we saw behind the counter.To make matters worse, they all seemed legitimately like NPCs without any kind of desire to be there at the store doing their job. Just robotic in motion. All we want is to be treated well when we're taking our family out.We finally got our food paid for and we looked at my little daughter's fruit cup and look at the photo? Is that fresh? Do you see the piece of uncooked bacon in it? How does that happen? It's totally contaminated and inedible, and I especially wouldn't let my daughter touch it.The lady sitting on a step ladder behind the register saw it when I asked for a new one and said that it was gross and reassured me that they'd bring out a new one. Nope, nothing. We spent $60 for our family of 4 and nobody could bring us our fruit cup? Something is seriously wrong here and frankly having worked in and owned restaurants for 8 years I'm disgusted to have seen such events transpire tonight at a restaurant we usually enjoy.I usually don't work for free giving out consultations, but I'm giving you a pretty decent amount of data here because I hope you improve for your benefit. I could tell that the "leadership" wasn't doing a good job and that the morale was well below mediocrity. Change your "leadership" or put them through rigorous team-building training and you'll see a night and day change.
Overall the food is good. The soup was excellent, and they have a wider selection than some similar chains. The bread is not as good as some similar places. Service was friendly, and food prep was efficient.
One of the worst online order pickup experiences I've ever had. Waited in the lobby for almost 45 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I entered. During this time numerous in-store orders were placed and picked up. If I had simply placed my order when I walked in I would have been out of there almost 25 minutes faster.
They have a pretty good assortment of soup, salads and sandwiches. I think the adults liked it more than the children. The service was good and they were helpful.
Fresh, delicious, healthy food every time!The protein bowls, the salads and sandwiches are all delicious. The brisket grilled cheese is flavorful and hearty. Everyone loves the chocolate covered strawberries. The fresh drinks are also very good. Highly recommended!
