Great donuts. I even found my favorite--maple bars. Delicious.
Doesn't have a classic old fashioned maple donut like all the other locations...
It was my first time having a croissant, roast beef, cheddar, jalapeños, lettuce and tomatoe sandwich. It was tasty and filling!! I will be back to try their Donuts another time.
TURN OFF YOUR ONLINE ORDERING WHEN THERE IS ONLY 1 EMPLOYEE WORKING THE COUNTER. There is absolutely no excuse to make customers IN STORE wait 12 people deep while multiple uber eats orders get filled. In person customers should always take priority. I work in customer service, and we turn the online ordering OFF when it is too busy or understaffed.
The doughnuts are very good but the staff was rude. I had a coupon for 6 free doughnuts when you buy a dozen. I asked if I could have 2 boxes which fit 6, instead of a big box. I was told. I had to pay extra for the boxI then wanted to use coupon for the free one was told only one coupon visit per person. I will not go to that bosa again. This person told me she was the owner.
Our family loves bosa donuts. The weight/density of the donut is perfect. I dare you to find a better weighted donut. Not too heavy. Not to airy. Gotta love bosa
So I've been going out of my way to drive extra to this bosa because I love how wonderful the staff was! Not going to lie I was a bit hesitant with the big "Under new management" sign,Between the eye rolls and letting us sit in the car for 15 min with 0 communication as to why we were sitting there. Then getting our exact same sandwiches we always get and them being scalding hot?? I don't know if they are all new and I don't blame them for being new, but I do blame who ever got rid of everyone who knew what they were doing. It's a shame.
Love the doughnuts and sandwiches. Great food and customer service. Pina colada smoothie is the best
