The donuts are the best BUT they are NOT worth $17 for a dozen plain donuts! I would have given this place four stars, losing a star for cleanliness (the place stinks) but the prices are so outrageous I have to go down to two stars.Last time I went here I had purchased a dozen donuts for less than 8 bucks
THIS IS THE BEST BOSA LOCATION IN AZ!Anna helped me with my order, was so professional and courteous and friendly. I initially went in for only 2 donuts, and I walked out with a dozen and a half along with donut holes, she knows how to sell her product! In the short interaction over a donut order, we talked about family, life, and all sorts of donuts! I couldn't get over how nice she was, she genuinely cared about making a lasting impression on her customers. Will be going back to this Bosa location whenever I get my next donut craving!
This is my favorite Bosa Donuts. The staff is really friendly and the smoothies, coffee, sandwiches, and donuts are amazing. Also they have better selection and variety here than others.
Why charge $0.75 for a box when I’m buying six donuts? The clerk then nervously stated that it was corporate policy.Something fishing going on here.The donuts are good.
Nicholas the employee was super friendly and nice. He went to the back to get some help as a line was forming and when he can back a very rude old man ( who I can only assume owns or manages this place) follows him out , very loudly and rudely telling this young man that if he was going to go back there and get him to help he should just go home. He continued to berate this young man in front of us as he finished the next customers order. Nicholas remained professional the entire time. I can’t support places that treat employees this way so I won’t be back. Nicholas should find a new place to work.
Pretty great, traditional donut shop. The coffee is very good and sure the donuts are not “fancy’d” up but they are for sure better that any chain.
Quality of service depends on which worker is at counter.One visit the server custom made cream puffs for me, the next visit I got a no substitutes, no smile server.
