Am a frequent customer, and usually have a good experience. Our order is typically the same one hazelnut and one chai tea latte. The chai is always much lighter. As you can see in this picture though it is darker and closer to the hazelnut @ right. I bought it for my husband who wanted to immediately get rid of it as it was definitely not the standard chai. I had asked before leaving and was told it was a chai and I thought it was strange. Definitely not a chai. When I tried to call the establish you cant reach them as the phone is not in service. Tried calling other black rock locations and either no phone was provided or they too are out of service. So we recieved one undrinkable coffee with no way of making it right. I was coming home from shopping and this location is a bit out of the way to easily go back.It is very unfortunate and disappointing giving the cost for their drinks.
The BEST coffee I have ever had. Don't sleep on Blackrock. The only coffee that doesn't give me heartburn. Smoky, sweet, velvety, smooth. Be prepared for hr wait! It's worth it.
I’ve been coming to this place for the last 2 months. I order the same thing every day. Chai latte. This morning I complained to the lady who took my order ( happen to be the manager) that it tastes bitter yesterday. She said I’m sorry which was nice. I then took my order and tasted it and it tastes like yesterday. It tastes bitter. I told the same lady that it tastes bitter and she said: I’m the manager and we’ve been using the same ingredients. I told her I’ve been ordering this everyday for the last 2 months so I know it didn’t taste like that! She walked away while I was talking and then come back with my latte looking upset at me! I tasted it and told her much better and she walked away again! This is the first time I meet the manager and I hope it is the last time cz she is scary. Usually employees are very friendly and helpful here. She needs some training in customer service.
I love their fuels, but not super happy with the amount of time it took to acknowledge me. I only get this lack of attention when I do Doordash and I'm picking up an order for someone else. Unfortunately I was there to order for myself and holding a cellphone because my wife's order was on my cell and I'm guessing that's why it took almost 10 minutes to speak to me. Atleast 5 people were working in the back and tried their best to avoid eye contact and looking over at me. 2 people making drinks, 1 person at the drive thru taking payment, 1 person with the headphones taking orders and 1 person floating in between. Terrible experience
Love the place went there yesterday order a Mexican mocha in the morning around 9am but didn't really taste like it I heard one the guys quietly say to other Co worker in back say it chocolate mocha he won't know the difference we'll guess what I did didn't know who there were talking about at first but now I got it . Love the place still just get my order right lol and don't give me another drink that not it , no other drink taste like the Mexican mocha
Very disappointing. I ordered a cafe latte and it was so lite on coffee that once the phone settled there was a quarter cup of fluid in the entire cup.
Both hip and traditional, ceramic and wood, the graphic on wall made me want to start a coffee revolution. Hot, so sip to be safe, eating blueberry bagel just ok. Service was strong point for BR.
I was skeptical trying this place out since it's a chain but I was pleasantly surprised. Evey single drink I've tried has been delicious...and I've tried quite a few. It's refreshing to grab a coffee drink and have it taste like coffee instead of tons of sugar like some other chains. Their rewards program is a nice touch and I find it pretty easy to achieve the free drinks and the staff is always upbeat and friendly.

I've driven through and also gone inside i love these locations so much they're so pretty and relaxing. The staff is super nice - their outdoor/indoor set up allows the area to feel so open and in Arizona it's so worth having the flexibility. Keep up the great work, i divorced Starbucks and you helped me through it!
