Totally agree with the other reviews. We went to the Sedona location and were blown away at how great it was. We were so excited about this closer location but so disappointed. They did not do the normal custom-made process. It seems they hauled them out of the freezer pre-made. We couldn't even eat the fruit it was frozen solid. Also very poor customer service.
I’ve been going to Berry Divine for yearrrrs! The Tempe one to be exact. Their açaí bowls are honestly my family & I’s all time favorite. I was excited to see a new location in Gilbert, closer to home, however, this locations standards aren’t the same it appears. Every time we order açaí bowls, they’re 1/4 empty at least. It’s happened multiple times and only at this Gilbert location. As you can see from other customer’s reviews, this is an ongoing problem… not sure why they serve empty bowls. This should be a concern for the owner. I would truly look into this if you want satisfied customers and value repeat customers.
I’m so excited they opened up a location by my house! I work by the one in Tempe and would get it all the time for lunch. These are the best acai bowls in town. Other places do not come close. They have the largest variety and their unique toppings like coconut oil and lemon zest really set them apart and make other places look bland.
I LOVED this place until my recent visit. I normally order a regular but decided on a large…. Why? It’s literally hollow in the center. Over $12 and it’s smaller than the regular I normally order. There’s a lot of açaí places around who don’t do this.
OH MY GOSH!!! THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE ACAI BERRY PLACE!!!!! ??? Everything is so refreshing and delicious!!! I got The Summit Acai Bowl which includes strawberries, chocolate shavings, honey, and granola (One if the toppings was cashews but I switched it out for more strawberries). The vegan( I believe it is vegan) acai sorbet/or yogurt/blend was out of this world!! For me, the girl put granola on the bottom of the bowl and well as crested up to the middle of the Acai swirl, put a good amount of strawberries, dusted the chocolate shavings, and drizzled the honey on top! It gets better and better after each bite! I ate about half way before realizing I didn't take a picture of it! But I got some good bite shots! 10 out of 10!!! Will definitely be back!!!! Probably next week!! Thank you for an amazing first experience and a the best bowl I've ever had!?
I'm obsessed! I've never had Acai before but now I'm hooked! Definitely recommend! My favorite is Volcano Bowl with shaved chocolate!
While the toppings looked good and it was a fine sized bowl, I couldn’t eat it. I’ve had real Açaí before and this wasn’t anything like it! It tasted like frozen watery apple juice. Not good, I won’t be going back.
Employees are very nice and the acai bowls are so good! My favorite is the Vortex with added pineapple and coconut oil.
I love this place, I really do. Well, this company. They have probably some of the best acai bowls I have ever had. Unfortunately, this location is not worth it. Ive been to two other locations, and they PACKED their bowls to the top. After going to this location 4 separate times, they seem to give the bare minimum that they have to, and that's it. They do not pack down the acai like the other locations, so there are always of pockets of air when we get them here. And, they are pretty spare on the toppings, also. I assume it's ran by a different owner than the other ones, otherwise I have no idea how this location can be subpar to the other two I have visited.My wife agrees, and suggested that we drive to central Phoenix for the better one.
I have been waiting for this location to open near my house. I ordered the Maui wowie bowl and loved it.
