Happened to be at Higley and Baseline today and stumbled upon cookies straight from Heaven! We were greeted when we walked in, and the smell of the lemon cookie made me drool! Since I am perpetually on a diet, we went with a 4 pack that gave each teenager 2 cookies. Two chocolate chips, a neopolitan and a sugar cookie later we were set. The cookies are HUGE and could easily be shared... but I did say I had teenagers! They loved all of the cookies and said they would choose them over the place that rhymes with "rumble" any day! Even though it isn't in our neck of the woods we will be back for sure!
This is my husband and I's go-to place for cheat days and holidays. We even got them to bring to family Thanksgiving last year, and were requested to do so again this year. I love the staple cookies as well as the cookies of the week. Favorites of ours are oatmeal chocolate chip, s'mores, pumpkin cheesecake, Grinch cookie, dark chocolate peppermint, sugar cookie... Well I'm just starting to name them all at this point. We've honestly never gotten a bad cookie and we've been coming here for over a year now I think.I'm saddened by some of the negative reviews about the doughy cookies because they're perfectly safe to eat and cooked to a proper internal temperature- have y'all never taken a food safety class!?!I am a personal hater of all sugar cookies, and I love yours you damn wizards. Keep up the amazing work and I hope you know how appreciated your establishment is.
This place is better than any cookie shop I’ve ever been too! Hands down the best sugar cookie and chocolate chip cookie there is!!I love the gluten friendly options and new batch cookie bits for ice cream and milkshakes etc.Catering is so customized and the cookie cakes finally make my birthday fun. Regular cake isn’t my jam!I love Batch Cookie Shop!
These cookies are delicious! The staff is welcoming and accommodating and more importantly in a busy cookie empire like this, efficient. There is a system in place to get your fresh cookies to you as quickly as possible. They are way better tasting than Crumbl Cookies and offer significantly more flavors every day. My only suggestion is that they offer smaller cookies as well. The ginormous size of each cookie requires this cookie lover to cut the cookies in quarters and freeze the rest!
Wife went and picked up a dozen assorted cookies, we live right nearby so we were hopeful this would be a common spot for treats for the kiddos. All of the cookies look amazing, if you want to take pictures these are perfect. Unfortunately they're also all raw, and from what I've read in responses the owner seems to prefer them that way. Maybe it's because I've been a chef for 20 years, but I can't abide raw product going out the door. The outsides of the cookies where they flattened out a bit were delicious, which is a crying shame because the middle is still dough. It may have hit 145 degrees internal but that doesn't mean it's done.TLDR ice cream scoop sized cookies are very blonde, the sugar cookies w frosting were cooked and actually good.
Average cookie is aprox. $3.50 each. All very thick! I personally think it's way too much. I would rather have smaller cookies you can buy a box and share at work. I read some reviews that said they seemed raw. I didn't get any that way, one of ours was frozen! The Almond Joy don't taste like the candy bar just very chocolate.
We ordered a 10 inch round chocolate chip cookie cake for our daughters birthday. It was delicious. No cheap taste like you get with grocery store ones. It was rich but not overwhelming chocolate chips taste. The buttercream frosting along the edge was creamy and good.Will be doing business with them again. Not too many bakeries make this cookie cake. .Thanks for a great dessert. It fed a lot of people.Sorry I did not get a picture. Kids could not wait to eat it.
I love the packaging and presentation of the cookies. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. I got one of each, chocolate chip, white chocolate raspberry, snickerdoodle, and sugar. I feel like they are just missing something on the flavor. Like they forgot the vanilla or something. The dough for the chocolate chip, white chip and snicker, seemed to be the same dough so there was not a lot of variation in the flavors. I would definitely try them again just for the giant size and presentation. Like it says on their box, "cookies are the best medicine".
Wow! Best cookie shop I have been too! Super friendly staff, fast service and so many delicious options! I loved my cookie - Joyful Almond & my daughter loved her cookie - Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake! If you want something sweet this is the place to be!!!
Seriously, this place doesn’t even compare to the other cookie place out there, I won’t name then because I don’t want to be rude. Batch cookies are absolutely amazing to the point where I’m not even really sure how a cookie can be that deliciously addicting! Highly highly recommend giving them a try if you’ve not tried them yet.
