Love Barro's! I've been going to this location since I moved to AZ seven years ago. Hands down the best quality pizza for the price. Their ranch dressing is awesome so order a couple for crust dipping!All the employees are always very kind and helpful. Delivery is spot on as well. Their online ordering system is convenient when I can't talk on the phone.
Great pizza. They have too much of a carryout business going on though, it really makes it take too long to get a pizza to eat at the restaurant on Friday night. The dine in service really suffers during those times.
We had great pizza and the sweet chili wings were even better. The wings were crispy and covered in sweet chili sauce. Went back a few days later and had the 2 slice and a drink lunch special. Both experiences were met by friendly staff who were willing to help.
Horrible customer service. My husband was done with his pizza before I got my salad and cheesy bread. When I asked what the holdup was, someone had just forgot to bring it out. The server was very courteous but when a manager got involved to do a refund she was not very nice. Won't recommend to family or friends and definitely won't be back.
Pizza and service here is always incredible. Ordered Kona pizza and ranch and pepperoni lunch special. Everything was great. The Kona was slightly undercooked but still tasted great.
This is the 2nd delivery we've had this year from the location on Higley and the food has not been at all what we expect from Barro's. We like our pizzas well done and the 1st delivery it came not just well done but burnt...okay no problem it was just a mistake this time. The 2nd delivery, I order XL pizza well done and 12 boneless wings well done. The online order said it would take 75 minutes. Wow, it was here in 30 mins. Impressive..that's only because they "thought" it would be busy. They called to inform us they did not have any boneless wings so we got the traditional instead. The pizza arrived and it was not well-done and very floppy in the center. The wings lacked sauce and were not crispy as requested either. General idea of cost: delivery, tip, XL pizza and 12 wings almost $50. Like someone mentioned in previous review, it's basic pizza.
I would not come back to this location ever. I has ordered my pizza like 30 minutes before arriving. Now i am sitting at the waiting area for like another 30 min. What’s wrong with this location. Now, on the background the staffing just playing and goofing around like a little kids. If this they called a business restaurant. This is a very poor management and don’t call themselves a business. They should put a 0 star on this
We eat pizza at Barro’s quite a bit (typically around once per week) and we can taste the quality dropping. It’s still decent pizza at a good price but I would rather see the price go up than the quality go down,
The pizza is fine, I definitely prefer Venezia's but the secret is out on that so the wait time is always stupid long ? the service here sucks. Every cashier is rude and they frequently ignore customers like they don't hear them. They never make the promised time either, always add 10-15 mins to whatever time you're told. For the hassle, it's worth it to just go to Venezia's where at least you'll get a super chill staff and much better pizza.
If only the owner works add a location in show low. They know pizza... You cannot get better pizza for the price anywhere. Try lunch here... In and out quickly as it's all made great to eat! Kids love the play area while the adults eat. Bring quarters!
