First time visiting this restaurant. The service and food was very good. They give you a lot of food. Please go with an appetite. They also, have Happy Hour for their drinks.

I'm giving Arriba Mexican Grill a solid 5 stars. The Pollo Con Queso was a 10 of 5 stars . . . I don't know what kind of magic they put in the ingredients but it was A M A Z I N G! We also had the White Sands which was great too! Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

Fantastic service. Soup was good. Love the salsa and chips. Decor is awesome too.

Okay, this is tricky. We've been going here for almost 7 years and 99.9% of the time it is very good in all aspects. The last couple of times has been mediocre at best. Slow service, cold food and long wait for food. I'm gonna chalk it up to short staffing and crowds getting bigger due to coming out of the pandemic. However, we expressed our disappointment to the manager when she was going table to table and asking how everything was. Instead of saying she'd check on our food because we informed her we can't tell you how it's going because we haven't gotten food yet, she just said "okay" and walked away. I'm not chalking that up to the pandemic. Needs to work on hospitality skills. That is what industry she's in. We didn't want any special treatment, just for her to show an actual interest in her guests experience since she was asking. Seemed like she was just doing her job by asking and not really caring in all actually. Like I said, tricky review. I gave 4 stars because we like this place. If this was a first time experience, it would of been a different review.

There was a long wait to be seated and when we were there were several empty tables that remained empty while we were there. Food took forever to be delivered over 30 min after we ordered. The food was hot and tasted good. We then had to wait another 30 min to get a check and pay. Yes, 30 min after we asked our waitress for the check. Only thing I could think of is they must be short staffed. Hope all gets figured out. Everyone was nice too.

Amazing service! We even joked that it felt like “pre-Covid” because they had a full menu with lots of options, amazing service & everyone was so friendly. Our server TJ was amazing and had us DEEP BELLY LAUGHING the entire time. I’m sure all their servers are awesome but I would highly recommend requesting him. We had a big party & as they were setting up our table they already had our chips, salsa & bean dip ready. And they were always around asking if we would like a refill on our chips and even our drinks. TJ was amazing with taking orders, he didn’t even use a pad to write anything down and got everything perfect. He’s the main reason I will definitely be back! We even had the manager asking us a few times during our dinner if everything was okay & I haven’t seen that since before Covid! The staff here is awesome, the food is amazing and the environment was so fun! There was a rock wall with running water that smelled amazing lol. Fun Spanish music was playing and we all ordered different things & had no complaints. I had the carnitas street tacos, we had pozole, tamales, chimichangas, cheeses crisps.. it was all so tasty! Their dessert is amazing too & TJ had some great recommendations that we all loved! Can’t wait to go back and try more food

Had the margarita with reposado tequila that they were advertising and that was good. Ordered the white sands chimichanga and it was so-so I remember it being so much better then it was sadly ? The server (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) was excellent though!

Enjoying dinner when we are approached by a child no older then 12, who was trying to sell us plain candy bars for 5 dollars a bar to help so other kids with so diseases that sounded like it was made up. So disappointed that this is allowed at the restaurant. Last thing people want is to be bothered by this type of thing while having dinner with the family. Will definitely think twice about returning.

We love eating here on Sundays (kids eat free)! It's great that they still offer this promotion. The food is delicious, especially the spinach enchiladas! The guacamole was a little brown, but other than that, no complaints. Love their chips, salsa and bean dip!

It was pretty disappointing. We've gone to Arriba's from time to time for many many years so I went ahead and gave it 2 stars because it's always been pretty good in the past. This time the clerk did not make eye contact when she said welcome to Arriba's. It's such a little thing and it doesn't cost anybody anything. We got our menus and waited a very very long time to get our food. They were not extremely busy. My food was totally cold. My husband had the fajitas and he enjoyed them as he usually does. We told the waitress that my food was cold. Not even the plate was warm. She sent an older lady out to ask us, "Is everything okay?" She did not come around to where I could see her but stood behind me and asked my husband. I did not reply but my husband said everything was fine. We had a nice come to Jesus meeting on the way home. But the waitress offered to take my food off the ticket price and bring me a hot plate, which was very nice. By the time they would have gotten it back to me, my husband would have been done eating and had to wait for me. I told her I would just take it home and heat it the next day. We will continue to visit Arriba's from time to time, but we are not going to go back to that one. In hindsight, I think I'm too nice. LOL
