It is sad when a sandwich (no fries), a milk shake, and a cup of ice filled with lemonade costs $18+ dollars and the servers are told they are not allowed to serve lemonade without ice. Get a grip... lemonade is cheap, why short change your customers on an expensive meal? The server was very nice and understanding, which earns them 2 stars.

Most of the food was delicious. There mac and cheese I didn't really care for. It had a nasty after taste.
I ordered two chicken sandwich or burger. The chicken was to old strips, suppose chicken the cheese was old like card board lettuce, tomato were old like they had been sitting for days n cold. If I would not been far I see would of gone back n returned the nasty things. I even gave it to my dogs they wouldn't eat them. I would advice people not to spend there money there even if it's new.I will never go back again.
Took away Mediterranean wrap so that stinks but went inside and their were nats which I know come from outside but they need to work on keeping them out of the store.. Employees just do their job but dont smile or have real good customer service skills.. Also bring back my wrap...
Great customer service which is lacking at most fast food places. Maybe I got lucky but they listened to requests, friendly, got order correct, and polite too. Wow.
Wanted a comfortable indoor lunch experience. They were only serving drive-thru customers. Went somewhere else!
We waited forever in line and they only took cash and I’m just very disappointed because they did not come out to the cars in line to warn them that they only accepted cash ….did not get my curly fries and large coke ?(no arby sauce and napkins)…will not be coming back here fs ??
I had a birthday email for a free small shake and small fry with ANY sandwich purchase. I ordered the 2 for 6 fish sandwiches and was told could not use the birthday deal with the 2 for 6. The fine print on the coupon states cannot use on slider purchase or cannot be combined with any other coupon. Not happy with you Arby's! Also, the curly fry order had exactly 1 whole fry, the rest were pieces at best!
We all decided to get Arby's for dinner. The food is typically a little more expensive than other drive thrus, but well worth it. You get a decent pile of tasty, sliced, roast beef and cheddar sauce fresh and hot, flavored curly fries, milk shakes and the hot apple or cherry turnovers. just all the deliciousness we have come to enjoy and expect!With that being said, at the Marketplace location in Gilbert, Arizona, we (three of us ordered the three double beef and cheddar, 3 regular drinks, 2 milkshakes, 4 turnovers,1 curly fries and one crinkle cut fries for our big dinner, around $60 this Saturday, March 19th, 2022.We got our food and we got ready to hunker down in front of our TV to eat and watch our family, crime show. We were disappointed. My meat and cheese had separated and came out of the bun, it was cold and messy. I put my sandwich back together and all three of us got cold sandwiches and fries, the meat was a visibly smaller amount than we were used to having. It did have a good flavor (so that was great at least), the milk shakes were excellent, and the turnovers were very good too. I think the main part of the meal was disappointing. We had to microwave each order (which was upsetting because we paid enough to get the food hot or at least, warm). It ruined our experience. We were left with the negative feelings and we decided to skip Arbys in the future.
