First: We love Wendy's food and go fairly frequently. This review if for this experience at this location. Most importantly, THERE ARE NO BABY CHANGING STATIONS. I am used to older establishments not having a changing station in the men's restroom and needing to use the women's restroom quickly for that purpose. No one has every given me a hard time - the baby needs changed. But for a regular establishment to have NO baby changing station at all is inexcusable. I asked a worker where I should change my baby but he kinda just laughed nervously and shrugged apologetically. We just changed our baby in the car after we were done, but the lack of changing station was ridiculous. The new kiosk ordering is annoying because it takes you back to the main menu after every selection so ordering 3 different types of chicken sandwich was annoying.I ordered regular chicken nuggets for my 5 year old and they came out spicy. If I misclicked on the kiosk that is bad design on their part, not fault on mine.

Put drive through on the app went, and they made me go inside. Told me all rude that they don’t do drive through. Than when I was waiting for my gf who was in the washroom some creepy guy told me I gotta leave or he is calling the cops. When I wasn’t saying nothing or doing nothing, but waiting. This place is trash like the workers.

Horrible customer service. The chick with the nasty goth makeup really needs to learn how to interact with human beings. Especially those who are responsible for paying her check as companies only receive their income from one place the customer. Do better Wendy’s hire better!

Didn’t get a receipt so no way to verify where the restaurant messed up my drive thru order, opened it and it’s completely wrong but again, no receipt means I can’t correct it

They got my order wrong, then when I called to get it sorted out they were less than helpful... Then they were rude when I had to drive back to the location for a cash refund (I paid by card)... They, "only offer refunds in cash." Needless to say, this ruined my lunch break at work and I wasn't able to eat lunch today...Go literally anywhere else for something to eat. Preferably someplace locally owned and run with a shred of customer service...I work ~1 mile down the street, I usually don't go for fast food.... This was my first and last visit to this location.

Me and my family went and got some 4 for 4 and the hamburger bun was hard and the cheese wasn't melted the service was terrible won't go back ever

They messed up my only order which was a $4 bag with the burger patty in a separate container (I don't eat red meat n was going to give it to my kids) n the dining room is closed which was an inconvenience because everyone else I was with went to burger King n I walked over to Wendy's, they lost a TON of business in the short time I was there from people that had also walked there.

Rip-off warning!!! See receipt image. I ordered one large combo and one separate medium drink. Drive thru person argued with me that when you pay for the large size the drink in the $5 big bag combo, you get a medium size even though you asked to pay for a large. That's the largest drink you can get in the combo. How does that logically make sense?? Both my large cup and my medium cups are the same exact size yet I clearly paid for a large Fanta!! You're just being cheap and probably breaking consumer protection laws. Management should be ashamed of your practices at this location.

This is one of the worst locations Ive been to. I used to go to Wendys at least once a week but since moving near this one I rarely go. Staff is rude and curt. My Daves double burgers come out looking like a Venn diagram and the double cheeseburgers in the $5 meal are always cold and stale. Last time I went their oil/waste container was overfull I guess because the drive thru smelled like a sewage plant. I mentioned it to the staff and they acted annoyed that I would say something. They said they know about it and that it happens every now and then... It was a toxic smell and shouldnt just be accepted as something that happens. Fix it!

Drive thru ..eh soso..but standards are standards. This location is notorious for using junior patties on regular menu item sandwiches.(which should be a single pattie , an almost 3 oz difference in the two)A Jr pattie would be your smaller thinner value burger patties.Shouldn't be used on baconantors and Dave's single.Maybe they just need to cut corners cause of cost or think the customers won't notice.Either way..very tacky and I've had it happen numerous times here to a point I've stopped using this location for a 4$ for 4 deal as the smaller pattie is what it comes with.Won't pay for bigger burgers and be given the ole sneaky sneak here every again
