Went to Wendy's with my boyfriend tonight hoping to get some good food as they always give us great service. However, when my boyfriend ordered a triple burger, the cashier repeated it back to us 2 different times and yet when we got our food and looked at our receipt, we saw she gave us a single burger and somehow managed to even ring us up for a single burger. I'm honestly disappointed this ruined his night. We honestly would have been better going to the rude burger King. I remember working in fast food and the days when stuff like this wouldn't fly but I guess this is the death of quality service.
Tried ordering a triple burger only to get a single burger AFTER it was even repeated back to me like "???" How the hell does someone repeat the order correctly but ring up and handout the wrong burger like seriously ruined my night that I was having, I would've been better off going to the burger king that refuses to give you your drinks. Customer service is truly dying.
My husband went into this establishment this morning after having a terrible experience at the burger king across the street. He is PROFOUNDLY DEAF and when he walked in he asked the young lady at the gas station counter if they were open. She proceeded to get an employee at this Wendy's who took his order and all went above and beyond to help him. THANK YOU! My husband is a 25 year veteran who lost his hearing during service and covid. He didn't serve so people can treat him poorly. He served so people like the ones in this establishment can go above and beyond with their customer service skills and to be kind to one another. Once again THANK YOU!
My family and I (party of 7) were passing through town and had picked this location randomly. While there, the restaurant experienced a medical emergency that required EMS. If they had asked us to leave, it would have been completely understandable. However, the staff handled the situation with poise and composure while still serving customers. Our order was fulfilled quickly and correctly - kudos to their team!
Terrible quality and service. Check your bags BEFORE you drive away if you eat here. We ordered 2 double stacks, 2 sour cream and chive baked potatoes, 2 lemonades, and 2 chilis. The chili's and lemonades were delicious. No issues with the premade stuff. The burgers and baked potatoes were another story.The baked potatoes were very dry. Not sure if they're overcooked or just sitting under a heat lamp too long, but the skins were tough and the middle was dry.Also, our sour cream and chive baked potatoes came without sour cream, chives, or butter. So I had to go back to the restaurant and get those. They didn't have any butter in the entire restaurant, so we went without.After I returned to my hotel and reheated my food, I discovered that they also forgot the ketchup I requested. I wasn't driving back to Wendy's a 3rd time, so we ate our burgers dry. Also, they served the chili with Club Crackers instead of Saltines. That wasn't necessarily bad, just seemed odd to me.Overall, not a pleasant experience. The food was poor quality and the service was incomplete. They also fogot to furnish me with a receipt.
lady working the drive through window in the morning has a severe attitude problem. borderline abusive to customers. every couple months i come by thinking “no way theyve still kept her” and then i get yelled at again. disgraceful honestly

The soda machines were really dirty I was scared to put my cup and get some ice and a drink also the chili was nasty all dried out usually Wendy's chili is good but not at this store
Really good food and friendly staff. Everything was freshly made and delicious.
