I love the habit and the food here is always very good in my opinion. However it’s been at least the last 5 times that I’ve been here that I pay 3 dollars to add avocado onto my burger and every single time they don’t put any avocado. My receipts say add avocado in all capital letters. I just do not understand what is so hard about adding avocado onto a burger especially when it’s clearly stated and it costs a ton of money too.
I ordered #1 combo with add on, becon and avocado. I waited for 55 minutes and by the time I got my order, I did not get the add on and the buns were just hard and burned. Also the burger was cold. I don't know what it that they do not understand if there are add on. Very disappointed with my order, that's the last time I going there. The add on were not cheap, average 2.00 each.
Employees and Manager pay more attention to their call in/pick up orders than dine in customers. Our food was sitting on the expedition counter for waaayyyy to long, So much that I had to check it out for myself. Customer Service and Expedition of food is an issue here.
I have visited twice recently and been very impressed. The food is very fresh, they have a veggie burger that is not meant to taste like meat (thank you thank you!), and the staff is the best customer service you'll find in all of Flagstaff. In particular, the manager, Junior, is wonderful. He is very attentive, greets every person, and ensures each order is accurate. We will be back again!

Probably the blandest burger I have ever had. I got the Santa Barbara char and it just wasn’t good. Bread tasted stale and burger was dry and tasteless. The fries also had no flavor. I’ve had other habits before and they were good.
We went today December 27, 2021 at about 2 PM. Unfortunately we never got served. When it was finally our turn to order at the counter, the cashier informed us that they were no longer taking orders at the moment and the wait would be about 10 minutes. I asked again after 15 minutes waiting and was told it would be at least another 15 minutes. Not sure if it was a staffing issue, or something else as they were definitely all working hard. While the food is normally outstanding, it was unfortunate they lost our business this day.
Tempura green beans=excellent. The double char was fabulous. One of the best burgers I have ever had (caramelized onions? Yum!).The fries were better than most, but nothing spectacular.The staff were very friendly and the place was spotless-super clean.Jalapeños, cherry peppers and pepperoncini’s all free, next to the ketchup. A very unique touch that I appreciated.
Food was not good order was taken correct but food came out wrong paid for avacado but none of the sandwiches had any up on taking order spoke with manager about vegetarian sandwiches with no patty usually get discount he was so rude about about it spend $82 wasn't worth it
Love that they have the impossible burger and caramelized onions. Food is also super fresh, clearly made to order, and the two that I have been to were both very clean and well managed.
