Good food and lots of it! Family friendly restaurant in the heart of Flagstaff. Extensive menu and full bar. Young, friendly staff of mostly local college students. The steaks are perfect and the grilled pork chops are a personal favorite. I've eaten here 6-7 times and never been disappointed by the food or the staff. Highly recommend.
Weve been huge Texas Roadhouse fans but the food and the service is getting worse from month to month since 2020. I dont know what they are doing. But they should change in a better direction soon.
The server named Juan was very attentive. I order the 23oz steak medium rare n got it closer to rare. Also had no flavor I had to add A1 sauce which I'm not a fan of to add some flavor.
I had dinner here tonight with a friend, we both had hamburgers and they were great. What made the experience so fantastic was Juan our waiter, he did a wonderful job, very friendly, clear and concise , he didn't bug us but also didn't leave us hanging wanting something. He is a valuable member to your team. Keep up the good work Juan and you will go far in life. Next time I come there I will see if I can request you as our server.

Food was good, not great. Ribs were dry, but the steaks were cooked to perfection.Cold inside, the only place I know you need a jacket while eating, everyone kept their jackets on. That's was annoying since we waited for our food for 1 hour and 3 mins since ordering. Sat n waiting while Cold. Not Worth the food.
Steak was very tendonous and hard to cut. Server was really nice. Bathrooms were on par with a rest stop. If the publicly accessible areas look like this, I would hate to see the kitchen or what you can't see.
Went here while in Flagstaff for our Anniversary and were disappointed. We eat at the one in Gilbert and what a difference it is so much better. First off when they seat you, they don't give you rolls, we had to ask and then no plates to put them on. I saw three other tables eating them without plates, we of course asked for plates. Ordered our food and asked for extra dressing for my salad, that never came. I ordered steak tips well done and my husband ordered a steak medium. Well my only guess is the waiter somehow got it confused because mine was not well and my husbands was. We sent mine back and they brought it back out on the same plate and you could tell they just reheated somehow and some were done and some were still very pink. The manager brought the reheated steak over and didn't even apologize instead just said hope this is better. No kind of can I get you a free dessert for your trouble or anything. Won't go back next time we are in town.
