This Subway needs to get it together! We ordered dinner for delivery, received the confirmation email and went on with our evening. Then 30 minutes later we received an email saying our order has been cancelled. So I call. The young and clueless girl on the phone tells me oh yeah, our system sometimes randomly voids orders but you’ll be refunded and can come pick up the food and pay at the store. Say what?? Why would I do that if I originally opted to have it delivered!! I was already in for the evening, it was 7:40 and apparently I was SOL unless I wanted to get dressed and drive to them. Don’t offer delivery if can’t follow through with it! Absolutely unacceptable! I will now drive further to avoid this subway at all costs!
They open and close times are totally inaccurate. They've been under construction for a week. One day google says closed the next it says open and we drive over just to find it closed again.
I realized I was overcharged before eating my sandwich so I informed the employee of the overcharge. She told me the price on the menu was wrong, and that I couldn't have a refund.
