Very pleasant and friendly staff. Always fresh. Can't go wrong with this Subway
Employee had no idea how much extra cheese was. When I asked about the sub of the day promo I was told that was Tuesday's info and not valid. So I paid twice what I expected to. I wouldn't have stopped if I had known, and will not be going back.
We were really happy with this Subway. The employees were very friendly and fast. For as busy as they are we got in and out, no waiting. Thank you
Online order completely wrong. Manager took care of the issue. Very thankful for the great sandwich and refund.
They clearly dont take temps on the meats got sick and why would they only 1 person was workimg the other 2 just kept flirting with eachother instesd of helping

Horrible customer service. I have been eating here at least once a week and sometimes 2-3 times a week and I always order via the Subway app about 10-20 minutes before I show up and always end up waiting for my food for another 10-20 minutes. This is unacceptable as the Subway on Cedar Ave always has my food ready in 10 minutes. One time I showed up, there were no customers and the employee knew I had placed a mobile order, yet continued doing other things while I was there waiting for me food. I heard the other employee ask him if he saw my order and he said "yes, but he wanted to continue doing what he was doing before he started my order." The other Subway will make mobile orders as soon as they get them even if they are busy. I asked the lady a couple days ago when I was there where I waited 10 minutes if I could maybe get a free drink and chips for my troubles since I wait everytime I show up and she told me she can't do that. Just horrible customer service.. The Subway on Cedar Ave offered me free cookies today since I had to wait a couple minutes. I didn't have to ask. Don't order via the app if you want your food in less than 30 minutes at least from this location. Go to the Subway on Cedar Ave instead as they have friendly employees and will also greet you when you walk in unlike this location on Butler.I have spent a lot of money at this location and will never go back after my horrible experiences everytime I go there. I would rather drive the extra few miles to go to the Subway on Cedar Ave near Buffalo Park.
I got jipped on veggies. For some reason on this visit I wanted mayonnaise but do not get hardly any my turkey was barely there in my veggies I had more bread than anything my bread was crispy and not fresh very disappointed in this visit
First off! $20.21 for a foot long combo. That's just crazy! The sandwich barely had anything in it! Sorry subway but it wasn't worth it! Second, the employees had the annoyed attitude. Like I was a burden. I didn't get a lid or straw for my drink. To be honest, I'll never eat subway again!
