What started as the modern coffee revolution has fallen to being the Golden Arches of coffee. They are overpriced, the espresso roast tastes burned and the amount of sugar in their drinks is enough to create Type 3 diabetes.Starbucks isn't good coffee, there is almost always better available from a small mom and pop. The only reason to go is because, like the Golden Arches, you know exactly what to expect no matter where you are.Oh, and the way their company treats their employees makes even Jeff Bezos jealous.
Always slow service at the drive thru… always. If you see any sort of line at the drive thru plan on 15+ minutes.Other than location, it’s a wonder they stay open.

I understand being understaffed and all the things happening in the world right now. But 30 minutes for a cold brew is outrageous. They simply could have told me when ordering that there was a bit of a wait so that I could have left and not been late for my appointment. Clear is kind.
