Decided to go in and try the brownie batter shake a couple months back and the order taker was extremely short tempered and rude when he told us that they were out of brownie batter. So we tried ordering something different instead, was supposed to be two chocolate shakes, an oreo shake, and a cherry coke. The order taker showed us our order and was missing one of the shakes so when we pressed the button to get it fixed, we were greeted with complete silence. The red button's light was flashing, meaning our order taker was listening to us, he was just ignoring us as we were the only other car there (maybe aside from one person who was already eating their food at one of the spots a few spots away.) After about ten minutes, we left, and went to the other sonic on fourth which is a bit further out of our way. I'm never going back to this sonic, it might be closer to home than the fourth one, but the one on butler always has issues when I go.
I don't expect much from sonic but this one is by far the worst! They weren't even busy but we waited like 10 min for someone to answer after pushing the button. Didn't let me pay at the stall either. Took forever for our food to come out and once we got home, we realized our toaster burgers had no burger!! Wth? It was only onion ring, bacon, lettuce and sauce. What a waste of time and money. DON'T GO HERE!
If you really want onion rings, DO NOT come to this Sonic, because they do not have any. If you want a good cheeseburger, DO NOT come to this Sonic. If you want good fries, DO NOT come to this Sonic. I am so disappointed, I should have asked for a refund. The cheese burger was dry and the cheese was not even melted, it's like they cooked the meat yesterday and then warmed it up in the microwave for 10 seconds!!! Not to worry I will not be returning to this Sonic! On a positive note, the soda was cold and had ice!!!
Had issues with ordering. Our speaker didn't see to work well. When trying to call back to ask for the forgotten ketchup the call was not answered for over 10 minutes. The person who brought our food was great, polite and helpful. The food was typical Sonic food.
Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order and no one did. Someone pulled up right next to us and they took their order right away. Went to another stall because maybe ours was broken but instead we waited 20 minutes and two other people come after us get their order first. Not mad it took longer than expected just annoyed they are taking other peoples order before ours.
Good burgers and Sugar Rush drinks! ? wish the tables were clean. over all good.
This is going to sound like the most petty review of all time, but if someone actually reads these and sincerely cares, my feedback may be helpful. I visited today. The order taker was a bit short with me when I asked a question but maybe it was a bad connection. No big deal. My food came out and I paid cash. For some reason the sonic staff guy did not give me change. I sat there for a while thinking maybe he had to get change inside but he never returned. Again, annoying but not the end of the world. Hopefully he needed it more than I did. Just before I decided to leave I discovered that a mistake was made and I received the wrong drink. After a minute of confusion a staff member came to my vehicle to understand the issue and quickly corrected the problem. For some reason that I still cannot understand, they would not take the first beverage back when I asked. I was told it was against policy. It is against policy to take an incorrectly delivered item from a customer? I did not want it, I did not have room for it, but now I am forced to find a suitable location in my vehicle to keep 2 large sonic cups without spilling until I get to a place where I can dispose of it. I left feeling frustrated. It is so easy to fix these minor service opportunities. All it starts with is care. Did it ruin my day? No. Are there bigger issues to deal with in the world? Absolutely.I hope this helps.
Out Car Hop asked if we wanted change. Out bill was 14.00 dollars! I thought it’s Easter, so I told her keep it. Only to find out that we had no napkins, one of the corn dogs was broken in half, my chocolate shake order was wrong. And my girlfriend’s Strawberry Cheesecake was just a plane shake. When we hit the buzzer to have things fixed. We felt like we were bothering them.
I came her on April 8, 2022 and was told I’d have to wait 15 minutes just because of how busy and understaffed they were and had no problem waiting. I simply ordered 2 corn dogs and a small onion rings. After waiting probably 25 minutes I finally got my stuff but only had 1 corn dog and my receipt clearly has 2 so I click the red button to just notify them and have no problem waiting but NOBODY ANSWERS THE BUTTON YET PEOPLE ALL AROUND ME WHO COME AFTER ME ARE ORDERING LEFT AND RIGHT. I’m typing this as I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to freakin answer the order but I assume nobody will so I’m glad I paid for food I didn’t get! Yay!
For my simple order, took way too long. When it arrived Deanna the carhop was not nice. Paid for my order, she left without asking if iwanted change back. I was going to tip the difference, but think it's not a good practice they have not to ask if you want change back!!!
