This was a terrible experience for us. We stopped in and paid $50 for three salad bars. This election wasn't great and the food tasted terrible! The cottage cheese had a weird taste, the chicken soup was way too salty, the lettuce was old. The manager refunded two of the meals because my husband went ahead and ate his plate. It was awful! We went to cracker barrel and had three home cooked meals for $38. Sizzler was horrible and expensive! I can't recommend it at all.

I haven't been to a Sizzler in years! Was surprised to see one in Flagstaff. Steak was good. Juicy and soft. The salad bar was just as I remember it. Yummy! Service was good. Food came out quick. Refills were taken care of quickly. Reminds me of Ponderosa which is another restaurant that is hard to find.
Salad bar was fresh. Food was brought in a timely fashion. But the shining star of this restaurant is its staff. From the manager who took our order to the servers, to the folks rotating the food, all were very kind, had smiles and friendly. It was very pleasant and the owners should be proud of all of them.
This us the second time we have stopped at this Sizzler as we travel from AZ to our summer home. This time we ate late afternoon on Easter Sunday. The restaurant was clean and provide an excellent atmosphere. The salad bar and hot food bar was well stocked, fresh and had an exceptional variety. There was plenty of staff and both our server and the young lady at the till were friendly and helpful. Both my wife and I ordered the Senior Tri-tip steak. The food was delivered hot and in a timely manner. Although the steal was cooked slightly more than we had ordered it, it was flavorful. The tri-tip is not an expensive cut and we were aware of what we were getting. It met our expectations. We enjoyed our meal and would return. It was actually a better experience than the one we had about three years ago.
I was so happy to eat here. Most of the sizzlers in my are of Southern California have closed. I enjoyed a double Malibu chicken with the cheese toast. Excellent
First time at Sizzlers in my entire life. The food here is TRASH. The steak was ALL FAT, the shrimp was not actually grilled rather cooked on the flat top stove, the strawberry lemonade was all sugar, the salad bar could have more/better options and they need to have allergen info displayed. Definitely wanted a refund but decided to hold my tongue because I did not feel it would be worth the hassle. If you are someone who has strong tastebuds and enjoy REAL food, do not eat here. Also, do not be misguided by the five star reviews...they are lying.Money poorly spent.The staff are courteous and kind though.
Manager came up to cashier and interrupted while we were ordering. Very rude. Online menu for this location is not the same as the restaurant. Only salad option is to add on a salad bar for $7.99. I only wanted a small or one trip salad. My steak had so much gristle that I had to send it back. The Malibu chicken tasted like it frozen and had nasty breading. The server tried to make it right, but for $63 meal for a family of 3 with only water for mediocre food it was a huge disappointment. Giving a 2 for poor value, poor quality food. The server was excellent.

Staff was super friendly the food was great! Great variety of toppings at the salad bar which made for a great salad. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the ice cream station could have used a little upkeep, and some of the sides by the soup station were lacking some freshness, but overall a very good experience I would definitely go back.
